Preventive Maintenance LLC

Description of Work: Preventive Maintenance is a top rated company! I had a 100-120 ft Oak that was in a very precarious state - aiming right at my house! I called and left messages with several other companies and a few of them acknowledged that I called but said it would be a week before someone would contact me in regards to my issue. My daughter saw Preventive Maintenance's recommendations through The South Riding Facebook group. I called and the owner, Marcel, said he could come by in a few hours and look at it. He showed up exactly when he said he would be there. He agreed that the tree needed to come down as soon as possible. I also had a second tree that wasn't as urgent but we decided to include it as well. He indicated he would have a quote for me within a few hours and he delivered again just as he said he would. The cost was completely reasonable and in actuality was well below what my husband thought it might cost. He didn't have the crew to take down the dangerous tree until Monday but he came over Saturday and took down the less urgent tree. On Monday he showed up an hour earlier than my appointment which was awesome because it was threatening to rain and I was concerned as to whether that could further delay bringing the tree down. The tree was brought down expertly and now I can sleep better knowing I won't have a tree visiting me in my dreams. My husband and I opted to do the removal of the downed trees ourselves so I can't speak to that aspect of his work. Given the level of attention that he provided, I think I can safely say, it would be excellent as well. I also want to add that Marcel stayed in touch with me from start to finish via texts and emails which I very much appreciated. He was also very friendly and fun to talk to. His "people" skills are an A+.

Description of Work: Had a large dying oak that was leaning towards our home. A week of stormy weather was coming and I knew I had to have it taken down. No one else I called could come in time. Marcel came by that evening and said he would make time and get it done before the weather.

Description of Work: Removal of 2 large oaks and one cherry tree. Ground all stumps, removed debris and stacked all request wood for our fireplace.
