Donny came by within half an hour of my call. I am a recent widow . He could not have been kinder or more helpful. My unit is on the roof and he had to climb up there twice. It turned out that I had not fully pushed together my thermose thing . It was user error. He could have sold me some expensive cure for this . But instead he showed me the problem put a filter in for me and then did not charge me. A true gentleman

I called at 9:00 a.m. The technician was at my house three hours later. He found and fixed the problem.

They are responsive and on time. The service person is very dedicated. He does a thorough job and seems knowledgeable. He really concentrates and focuses on his work. I have pleased with their service.

He is very responsive and explains things so well that you understand what is wrong, how to repair, and how much it will cost. We have been using them for 16 years.

Precision Air installed my UNICO system a few years ago, and were completely professional and helpful from the beginning. My house is over 100 years old, and the system was perfect for an old house! Last year, they replaced my compressor (under warranty) quickly and efficiently, at reasonable labor cost. This winter, the heat unit was only releasing cold air, and I waited to be sure it wasn't a fluke. I called them late this morning, and I guess they figured it was REALLY cold, because Scott was there by early afternoon. Luckily, the problem was a very dirty filter, and the system had turned itself off for safety reasons. Scott did all the little extras I had asked for, including re-programming my system so that any idiot could handle it, removed the old filter, cleaned up the situation, and given my sister (who was his contact person) a "complimentary" lecture about the importance of clean filters. It could have been a lot worse. It could have been a blown compressor, or any number of things. It wasn't, and Scott was very honest. He charged for less than an hour's labor, even though he was there longer. No "emergency" charge, no embellished diagnosis. I will faithfully call them with any heating/air conditioning needs I have in the future! Thank you, Mike and Scott.

I was given a recommendation from the UNICO company for a high velocity AC system in an old house. In addition I got a good recommendation from a neighbor. Mike seems to be a very nice and thoughtful guy, but he was a bit disorganized, and then, after promising to get me an estimate in a few days, just disappeared. I never heard back from him.

Our experience with Mike has been excellent every time. He is very responsive and we have never had to wait a long time for him to arrive at the door, which is always good when the issue is heating or cooling. He was first brought to us as a subcontractor on a renovation job and we have continued to make use of his services. We have no reason to go to someone else.

We had a leak that caused some serious damage in the house that my husband and I had recently purchased within several weeks of purchasing the unit. The company that had been servicing the unit came out and gave us a diagnosis and an estimate to replace. We wanted to get other estimates, so we called Precision. We called them because we looked for someone on Angie's List that had experience with the brand of air-conditioners that we have. They came out and diagnosed the problem which happened to be the exact same diagnosis as the original company. The quote that they gave us to replace it was very similar. I wasn't there, my in-laws were there. They called me to give me the quote. I felt like they were more knowledgeable and it was a better interaction than the original company that gave the estimate. I had to have the other company out twice before they came up with the ultimate solution. Precision Air came out, took one look at it, and knew exactly what the problem was. They were timely, they were professional, and they seemed to be knowledgeable. We didn't choose to go with them mainly because the company that had been doing all the work has a warranty requirement that they need to fulfill. So we are getting services above and beyond what we have asked Precision to quote on.

Very disappointing experience. Mr. Dorsey spent 2 hours from about 8 to 10 PM taking detailed measurements, making notes, and discussing options. I was very impressed with his grasp of the alternatives and willingness to spend time on this. I was looking forward to his proposal. After a month went by without any news from him, I called, and he apologized, saying that he had gotten busy with a project in Centerville. He said he'd get me the proposal the following week. This was before Christmas. It;s now the end of January and I have still not heard from him. I have given up on him and am contacting other contractors.

He did a great job and gave me a great deal. The service installers were prompt, neat, and efficient, very courteous. They were in and out in a few hours. This included removal of old equipment as well.

They were very fast and the work was fabulous. This has got to be one of the best experiences that I have had with a service provider. I would say that they are very good at what they do and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had used them before for repairs to the HVAC. It was hard to set up the initial appointment because he did not return phone calls promptly, then he didn't show up. He was late for the second appointment. He spent a great deal of time poking around and discussing the problem with us and going over possible repair options. We felt comfortable with him and confident in his knowledge-ability. The job would have been two parts, one very expensive and complicated, and one fairly simple. He promised to send us a written report and estimate in a few weeks. It has been two months and we haven't heard from him. I liked his work on prior jobs, but I need someone more responsive. He doesn't seem to want my business. I'll find someone else.
