Description of Work: Removed old shingles, replaced with CertainTeed Integrity Roof system including roof vent, replaced decking as needed, removed attic fan replaced with decking, replaced skylight with Velux skylight.

Description of Work: Had previously used Pond for roofing. This time had them install two new entry doors, three new storm doors and one custom made storm window to cover an entry sized window opening. We had a couple of misunderstandings and one error in ordering, however they responded immediately to correct it and delivered their usual quality service.

All work, from start to finish to clean-up, was performed in a professional manner and to my complete satisfaction. Description of Work: Pond repaired my roof where it was leaking around a bathroom exhaust vent. While doing the repairs, they noticed that another bathroom was not vented properly and fixed that as well for the price of the additional materials. They did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. The only negative was how long it took to get the work scheduled, but they were very open about their backlog of work from the beginning and communicated well throughout. I would definitely use them again.

They are large enough to own expensive, specialized equipment and have professional employees. I would use them again.

When we experienced some leaking in a valley on the roof, they responses quickly and made repairs the day they came to examine it. I highly recommend Pond.
