Description of Work: They repaired a patch on the roof. I assume the quality of the work was good given that we've had no further issues and it's been 1.5 years (rain was leaking through our roof). The gentleman who did the work, was punctual, polite, and even on his own dime came back to do a "band aid" patch since the work couldn't be scheduled for a couple of weeks. I wish I remembered his name to give him credit but unfortunately I cannot. He looked like Santa Clause though. Would go back to them directly again without getting additional quotes or doing another search.

Description of Work: The entire experience was great. Pond Roofing wasn't the cheapest, but also not the most expensive, of the companies I interviewed for our total roof replacement. Patrick, the president, was my initial point of contact - he is personable and easy to work with. The office staff is responsive and helpful. The crews were courteous, prompt and cleaned up after themselves everyday. The roof - now almost a year later - is in great shape and we've had no issues with it. I would absolutely work with Pond Roofing again and would (and do!) recommend them to anyone who needs any type of roof work done.

Description of Work: This is an excellent company to deal with. They helped us determine which shingles would be best for us and then went ahead and did a great job. Besides removing the old shingles, it was necessary to replace some of the plywood decking that had been damaged, before they could put on the new shingles. They also replaced our old attic fan. Couldn't be more pleased!

Description of Work: We got an estimate to replace siding on our house. The cost would have been higher then we had planned for, so we differed the project. I would call them again, when we are ready to have the work done.

Description of Work: The Pond Roofing company is wonderful. They do everything they say. Unfortunately you pay more for superior work, but then you always pay more for superior work. I would recommend them. We knew, even though it cost more, the job would be done correctly the first time and that was most important to us. And we were correct - the job was done correctly the first time.

Description of Work: Furnish and installed PVC wrapping over existing fascia, rake, and frieze boards, replacing damaged wood. Removed the existing wood dentil molding and replace with solid and vented vinyl soffits on eave overhangs. Replaced existing gutters with .032 seamless aluminum gutters with hidden hangers with screws reuse existing downspouts. | |All work was completed as specified in a timely manner. They provided excellent installation and follow-up. I was very pleased with the quality of their work.

Description of Work: Our gutters over-flowed during heavy rains, so Pond replaced the drain-spouts (with larger ones). They were professional and met their estimated del1very times. Very pleased.
