From other evaluations I had a lot of confidence in this company and was not disappointed. The crew chief, Antonio, was excellent, calm and efficient. The angle from which they had to work was a challenge but they got everything done. Great job! I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Pond quickly responded to our request for an estimate. My wife was home for the estimate, and they treated professionally and respectfully--some vendors treat wives as if they are uniformed. They gave us an estimate for the work requested plus recommended some additional items. Our 50-year old house did not have sufficient attic ventilation, so they recommended a ridge-line vent. They also discovered the bathroom exhaust fans were venting the moisture into the attic and recommended connecting to roof vents. They also offered new rubber boots for the other vents on the roof. Overall, the price with the recommendations was less than I estimated for just a new roof. It took a few weeks to get on the schedule, so it made me doubt those commercials I heard on the radio from other vendors about no work in the winter. When the roofers came, they work diligently and efficiently. They complete the project in one day and did a superb job cleaning up. I did find a few nails but they cleaned up very well. The project manager returned a few days later to inspect the job with my wife and to provide the final billing. We had to pay for some replacement of the roof itself, but that was also expected and estimated in the contract. I went with Pond based on their Angie's List reviews and a recommendation from a colleague at work. I am extraordinarily happy with the work they did, the quality, and the value for the dollar. I would recommend them to anyone that needs roof work.

Description of Work: Replaced the collars on the vents that exit the roof. Re-tilted a gutter run so that the water ran to the downspout. Inspected for any other issues before leaving site. Efficient and professional. I had used them in the past and knew this company does a good job.

Description of Work: Replaced back roof of small rambler, repaired a serious leak in roof on addition to house, and replaced a too-small gutter with a larger one. Very quick and detailed written estimate. Great brochure on what to expect and how to prepare. Gave me an accurate estimate of when the work would start. Completion delayed by storm, but they left my house fully protected from heavy rain and met their adjusted completion date, with careful attention to detail throughout. Fabulous job of keeping roof trash out of the yard and cleaning up. Fully explained things when I had questions---treated me (single female) respectfully. I was told in advance about rates for repairing any unexpected damage they found, and was shown all the bad spots before they proceeded. Summer storms will tell for sure, but I would certainly recommend and use them again.

Steve told us that we just needed some shingles replaced - and scheduled to come out in a few weeks to complete the work. They came out on time and quickly completed the work.
