Everything went well with the exception of some workers taking it upon themselves to smoke during the installation of the roof. Hopefully that's not the case today.

We had a bad experience with another contractor who caused a major leakage problems with the second floor deck. So we brought them in to review the work of the other contractor and their president came out Patrick and walked around and said, "OK here's what we're going to do." They're really conscientious, they show up when they said they would how up, the work took exactly as long as they said it would take and there were a couple of instances where we weren't sure what was underneath the roof and so he gave us two separate estimates. He said, "Here's your best case scenario and here's your worst case scenario." They were really flexible, really helpful and a really great set of people who knew what they were doing.

It went well. The job was done in a timely manner and he did a good job.

Estimate was very professional along with pictures of problem areas. Job was performed quickly once started. Nice workers. They covered bushes as needed and cleaned up all debris when finished. Answered all questions too! My wife and I are very pleased with the entire transaction. Pond roofing operates in a very professional manner and was a pleasure to deal with.

We had some loose shingles in several places on our roof, and some leaks around two skylights on our back porch.  The Pond estimator came promptly when called to inspect the roof and give us an estimate.  He made a very careful survey and found all the problems with the roof, including some we didn't know about. Before we signed the contract, the estimator explained that there would be a 6-week wait for the repairs to be done.  We felt the price of the contract was reasonable, and our previous experience with Pond was excellent, so we scheduled the work. Luckily, no water got into our house during the wait time. The serviceman arrived when scheduled.  He repaired everything and fixed the leaks around the skylights.  We have had no more problem with the roof since then.
Pond installed this roof about 30 years ago, and there have been no problems with it for all these years, except for the ones described above.  The roof over the back porch and the skylights were not installed by Pond, but by another contractor who built this porch, just a few years ago. 
Pond has always done excellent work for us, but there is generally a fairly long wait time for them to schedule the work.  They are responsive to emergencies, however, and will do their best to fix serious problems promptly.

Pond squeezed us in with one of their best techs.   We had a sometimes leak that seemed to be coming from insufficient flashing near our chimney.   Problem diagnosed and remedied.  Tech also told us that we have cracks in our chimney that likely happened during the earthquake.  All cracks sealed.  Feel like they are a bit expensive but its dangerous work and they are consistently the best.

Overall a wonderful experience. We have lived in this house for 35 years and most certainly will use Ponds when the roof needs replacing.I am in my eighties and probably have written fewer than 3 reviews in my life but this group deserves the Cudos. Thanks for the referral  RF

The Pond Roofing and Exterior team was fabulous and very considerate. They started our roof replacement one day later than planned but finished on schedule--in spite of morning rains on the two days of the work. The one day delay in start was caused by the need to find a new source for the radiant sheathing particle board when radiant sheathing plywood was found to be unavailable in our area.

It was very good.  He was really nice.  We were pleased.  We will call him when we are ready to get a new roof.

Repair went very well.  Service person was on time, very efficiently performed repair, no problem since.

The best part of my experience with Pond Roofing was that there was an on-site supervisor who clearly explained the
work as it progressed.   To date, after a couple of nasty weather events, we have no leaks.  Yeah!

We were very pleased with the efficiency and workmanship that Pond Roofing provided from the initial estimate, to the installation and post inspection process.  Personnel were courteous, showed up when promised and were conscientious about the work they did.  They new their product, explained it in detail and made sure all of our questions were answered.  Would highly recommend Pond Roofing for roof installation and I would use them again.

We had a lot of trouble finding a roofer able to come out at all because the companies in the area have been backlogged.  They told us up front that we would have to pay 30 percent before scheduling and that they were about six to eight weeks backlogged.  The gentleman arrived to do the estimate at the exact time specified and quickly and efficiently looked over the roof, explained what would be done and said he would email an estimate later that afternoon.  It came as promised and after agreeing to it, someone from their office contacted me to remind me about the backlog.  I was a little antsy about the impending winter weather and called them at the end of November after about four weeks to find out what the status was.  I ended up talking to their scheduler who handled my call with professionalism.  He gave me a date to put on the calendar with the caveat that it may change.  I called him a couple days before our service date and the date was still good.  The repairers came while we were out of the house and took care of everything and left no debris or anything.  The work looked good and we couldn't be happier that it was done.

I contacted 3 vendors for proposals, and although Pond Roofing was not the lowest price, I chose them because of their professionalism and because I had friends who had used them and were very satisfied with their results. The work was originally scheduled for a very hot period during the summer of 2011, and they postponed the start date because of the extremely high temperatures which would have been very h****** their work crew. The second date they chose also had very high temperatures, and the crew came early and worked until around noon. That delayed completion, but that was not a problem for me. I liked the consideration they showed their workers who worked hard, were eager to please, and did a great job.

I contacted Pond and they immediately came out to give me an estimate.  They went up on the roof, took pictures showing that the seal had deteriorated, and provided me with options and the pros and cons of each.  I opted to replace the skylight.  They quickly scheduled the installation, were very professional and prompt.  I would definitely use them again for other roofing services.

Pond Roofing had done roof replacement on a number of other townhouses in the development where I live. They were prompt to meet to assess the existing roof and provide a price estimate. We were able to schedule the work soon after. The whole job was done in a single day with no fuss or muss. Everything on the ground was thoroughly cleaned up afterwards.

Patrick from Pond Roofing came for the estimate.  He is very knowledgeable and thorough.  He sent an estimate, and answered all our follow-up questions.   This is a competent company that would have done a good job on our repairs.  The fact that we went with another company should not be a poor reflection on Pond Roofing.

They were totally lovely and their price was comparable. It was a good experience and the guy who came out was fabulous and I could of easily of gone with them for the project.

Good experience from start to finish.

The people from this company are so much better than anybody else we had here. We had several people over here with estimates but the people Pond sent were really good. They showed up, finished on time and had the best price. It was a big job and was hot when they did the job, but I never saw anyone work any harder in my life.

Patrick Redihough promptly responded to my call for an estimate for siding replacement on my shed and home.  He provided a price that was close to three other bids that I had received.  
I chose to hire Pond because several months before, I had requested Pond's (Patrick Redihough's) advice on dealing with another contractor that I was fighting with because of their leaving me with two roof leaks in a newly installed roof and a poorly installed gutter section.  Patrick was extremely competent, patient, and pleasant and did not charge me for his advice on how my roof and gutter section should have been installed.  I successfully used Patrick's advice to negotiate with my errant roofing/gutter contractor.
  
The siding job done by Pond was completed on schedule, and looks amazing.  The workman who performed the job was very responsive, pleasant, and competent.  I left the job site before the work was completed, and came back to a spotless work site and an amazing rework of my shed and siding.  Patrick inspected the job after it was completed.  When we discussed two six inch pieces of rotted corner trim which we had agreed needed to be replaced, Patrick promptly replaced them.  I will definitely rehire them for any future roofing, gutter or siding job that I have.
