Description of Work: I noticed that water was leaking from the fan/light combo ceiling fixture in my bathroom. I called four roofing companies; all diagnosed it as bad flashing. The roofer who installed my roof (not Pond) installed new flashing, but the leak continued. Lonnie Mullins from Pond Roofing was the only one who diagnosed the problem correctly. The vent pipe for the bathroom fan/light, located in the unheated attic, was very large. On days when the weather went below freezing, the pipe would ice over. As the temperature warmed, the ice would melt and drip down into the bathroom fan/light. Pond replaced the large vent pipe with a smaller vent pipe, and the leak stopped. Again, Pond was the only company (of four) to correctly diagnose the problem. (The $1554 also included other roofing-related work.)

Description of Work: Removed and replaced 2 plumbing stack collars on roof; applied new shingles as required. Sealed storm collar on flue vent. Adjusted gutter run so that the water actually runs to the downspout instead of sitting in the gutter. The work was professionally done.
