Description of Work: Pond Roofing was very responsive and professional when they replaced our roof and siding. Even long after they finished our roof, they came out to investigate what we thought might be a leak (it wasn't) and helped solved the mystery. For roofing, I would give them an A+.

I spoke with this member today after I checked our files and confirmed that we had mailed a hard copy and emailed a pdf of their estimate back on 6/9/15. I explained to the member that we had just seen this review and were trying to get to the bottom of it. Their first response was, "That wasn't you. That was a different company. We received your estimates but chose someone else." We had a friendly conversation and agreed that there was some sort of mix up in the Angie's List system. Description of Work: Pond Roofing installed a new roof and James Hardie Artisan siding to my home in Leesburg. I could not be happier with the whole process from my initial consultation with Patrick to how clean they left the area around my home. This was a large project and I got bids from several contractors. Not every siding contractor is familiar or experienced with the Artisan product. Pond did a fantastic job; feel free to drive by and look at the final product, the address is [Removed Member Information]. Compare it to the building behind me that has regular James Hardie siding, what a difference!! See the quality of workmanship for yourself, Pond did a great job and I would use them again.
