Description of Work: Replaced partial roof shingles to correctly direct water flow - new gutters w/ gutter guard on backside of house

Description of Work: Pond Roofing installed our roof, skylights and gutters in April 2009 and everything is under warranty. I called them in 2014 because a gutter and downspout connection came undone. Their quality assurance manager, Minh Dinh, came and connected it. No charge. It was a small problem fixed fast. Pond Roofing was responsive to questions during installation and when this small problem occurred years later.

Description of Work: They looked over my roof and recommended only minor repairs. I appreciated that I was directly told that my roof had plenty of life left in it and I didn't need to replace it. The honesty was much appreciated.

Description of Work: Ponds Roofing is a professional, quality company. We had holes repaired due to tree damage and the entire roof redone. They were in and out in one day and the grounds looked better than they found them. We trust this company and plan to use them again.

Description of Work: Wonderful job roofing and repairing siding. Getting the office to return calls was difficult. Also had screen guards put on gutters but gutter at back of the house was not cleaned so debris was trapped in the gutter by the screwed in screens.

Description of Work: We got a leak in our living room. Pond had installed the roof in April 2016. They came out and fixed it. Turns out it's a design flaw with our type of house, but Pond did what they could to work around the design flaw and fixed it without charging us cause the roof was still under warranty.

Description of Work: Mickey from Pond had originally provided an estimate in March of 2015, but also noted that the roof was looking in reasonably OK shape at the time and thus didn't need immediate work. After some unrelated attic insulation work in Feb. 2016, we found a very small leak and decided to replace the entire roof at that time. Mickey came back out again and was able to quickly update the previous proposal for 2016 prices and for several different roofing options. Based on other companies we had looked at, Pond had some of the best pricing around. Work commenced as promised and Pond was even able to arrange for a last minute addition of new gutters/gutter guards at our request and they were able to complete that at the same time as the new roof was installed. Work site care and cleanup was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

Description of Work: Matched existing siding to install new exterior siding over small areas where wooden deck, which had a abuted the exterior walls, was removed in back of home.

Description of Work: We have used Pond Roofing many times in the past. We have an unusual roof, some of which is commercial in nature. When Pond could not determine how to handle a problem, the owner referred us to a commercial contractor. For run-of-the-mill small leaks and gutter or downspout problems, they did an excellent job and are easy to work with.

Description of Work: Bought the maintenance package. The workers spent over two hours fin tuning the roof and did some cocking where water was getting in on a side wood panel. Definitely money well spent. The workers were awesome and this was a good experience.
