Description of Work: Replaced a leaking skylight. Great customer service and support before, during, and after the work was completed. Always showed up on time or called to let us know of traffic issues. Fully cleaned the job site when done. Very professional management and staff that were very easy to work with. We are hiring them again to perform maintenance and repairs on other areas of our cedar shake roof.

Description of Work: We needed to replace our 21-year-old roof. We used word-of-mouth referrals, as well as Angie's list referrals. After carefully considering 4 bids, we decided to go with Pond Roofing. Shanti was our rep, and carefully evaluated our situation. He was able to recommend certain improvements (i.e., our gutters were too small for the square footage of our home); and also suggested installing more modern equipment (i.e., an attic fan with humidistat). We have small children in our home and were concerned with any kind of roofing nails being left around when the job was completed. Pond has an excellent method of cleaning up any nails and debris, so that was no concern. As for the process itself, everything went seamlessly. We chose the color of our roofing based on the recommendations of Shanti, and it coordinates beautifully with the beige brick of our home. The staff was respectful of our landscaping, and the work was completed in two days. Patrick Readyhough, the President of Pond, arrived in the middle of the first day to introduce himself and to let us know to contact him with any questions or concerns. Shanti phoned us upon the completion of the work, to arrange a time for him to come out to inspect the job. Everyone always arrived on time; we appreciated that. I would HIGHLY recommend Pond. Their price was certainly very fair, the job first-rate, and it was a pleasure to work with such reliable people.

Description of Work: Replaced roof, flashings, etc. They were the best price and most professional of the 3-4 companies I got a quote from. Seemed like they should have been more expensive than the others based on their good reviews and just how buttoned up they were throughout the process. Made for an easy decision. They also gave us a bunch of addresses around our house where we could see their work and what some of the different colors for shingles looked like when actually on a house, which helped a lot in choosing.

Description of Work: Pond Roofing replaced a thirty year old roof. The new dimensional roof and new skylights look great and are performing well. Pond roofing was professional from the beginning to the end of the project, including returning to patch when my satellite TV dish had to be moved. My only complaint is the back yard was a mess for the week it took to complete the new roof.
