Pond did an excellent job on with the roof on our home. When an emergency occurred with our rental home Pond responded to the emergency to prevent more damage. We feel the company went over and beyond under tough weather conditions and many other demands because we are a loyal customer. We found this company easy to use and communicate with. We don't write reviews, but felt this type of service needed to be acknowledged.

Everything went extremely well, from the initial inspection and estimate to the installation. I had used Pond previously for some roof repairs in the early 2000's and was so impressed with them then that I decided to use them for the new roof install. No high pressure sales tactics at all. When Shanti came out to inspect my roof back in 2016, I was told I had a few more years left on the roof. At that time he gave me an estimate and then honored that price a year later (including the discount Pond offered at that time) when I decided to go ahead with a new roof this year. They also provide you with a 15-year workmanship warranty above and beyond the warranty on the shingles. Everyone involved in the installation was great, and the cleanup process was amazing - the outside area looked perfect when the crew left. I highly recommend using this company.

The rep Anthony was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything very well and made sure we were comfortable before performing the work. I am very happy with the how quick they responded and the level of work performed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for roofing repairs or replacement.

A couple of years after Pond installed the roof, we had the siding replaced by another company. A couple of years later, we had a leak which damaged our ceiling and did damage to our exterior wall. The restoration contractor traced the leak back to a corner on our roof. I asked Pond to come out and take a look and figure out what we needed to do to repair the roof or whatever was causing the leak. I wasn't looking for warranteed work, just to repair it. When they got there, they found the problem was caused by an incorrect installation by the SIDING CONTRACTOR. It was an easy fix and they made it. I was fully prepared to pay for their time diagnosing and fixing it but they refused to bill me. Needless to say, I have been really impressed with their work and their customer service. I highly recommend them.

They did an excellent job. They were punctual, professional, cleaned up afterward and recommended a designer architectural asphalt shingle which improved the overall appearance of my home. I highly recommend them.

The skylight doesn't leak anymore, but the fix (some silicone around the edge of the window) is gloppy - could have been neater. Otherwise good service, and he was done quickly.

Very impressed with the process. Mickey helped with a tricky insurance claim to make sure everything was covered. The workers were professional and had a good work ethic. They took steps to make sure the garage door was safe from discarded shingles. There was one small surprise where there was previous water damage to the wood on the second floor. They called to have supplies delivered and fixed it the same day. They did an awesome job cleaning up on a daily basis. After the work was complete Ponds sent two inspectors 5 days apart to make sure the area was clean (nails and debris) and I was satisfied with the work. The roof looks awesome! Thanks!

We've used Pond Roofing about a year ago and had some repairs done. We sprung a small new leak and they came right out to repair it. When we replace the roof in 3 years, we're definitely calling Pond.

They were very professional and came to the appointment on time. We did not use them for the service although I feel they would have done a good job.

Very well - exactly as quoted. Gutter installation required a downspout through my decking. I thought I would need to cut a hole in the deck, but they took care of it in a way that looked better than I could have ever done! There were a few very minor followup issues which they took care of without question. Biggest negative is they are so good that they are in high demand so you will need to wait a while before they can do the job.

Pond did an excellent job on both the roof and the attic parts of the work. Anthony was great to work with, putting the customer first and working with me until we had a solution to the attic problem. I can't say enough about Thang who did the gutter/roofing work. He is very professional and his work was very well done. He sealed the attic completely with aluminum and caulk to prevent any entry. Great job all around!

I disliked him right away. He was cocky and already had a estimate written out. He said this is what others in this complex have done and it was like $4,000 more.

They did a superb job. We were so pleased. it was a 2-3 day job and they just did great work. The price was good it seemed reasonable and they did such a great job, it was well worth it. They were great to work with. They had 4 guys and it took 2-3 days. I gave them an overall grade of an A because of the careful quality of the work that they did. They had all the materials they needed. Once they started the work it went very smoothly. There weren't really any hiccups along the way there was no delay. It just went really smoothly. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I didn't have to do anything. They carefully took off the damaged roof and applied the new roof. I found then to be really professional, thorough conscientious and really good craftsman at their job.

The estimate was pretty much on target. We went with them because of the way they dealt with us. It's a family owned business here in the Falls Church area and I like to support family owned businesses. They've been here doing this for the area for the last 50 years so they have a good long streak. I liked the way the estimator presented himself so I decided to go with them.

I think I'm going to get windows from them. I've known Patrick since he was 6 years old. I've always known them. He bought the company. I know my neighbors and every one is pleased with them.

It went fantastic. Minh showed up on time, did a great repair, and I haven't had a single leak since. He obviously takes pride in his work. He's a very nice guy. I will definitely call them again should I have anymore roof issues.
