Steve Juntilla from Pond Roofing was very professional in presenting us with all the options for our roof replacement. He did not push us for products and services that we did not need. The crew that he sent was professional and installed the new roof on time. I will recommend Pond Roofing for future roofing projects.

They were very responsive. They did really good quality work. Their prices were reasonable.

They were punctual and did a very thorough job. They never did anything that was not in the original plan without consulting me. I had a good experience with them.

Their workmanship was great and wonderful. They did whatever they promised and were very clean. The work was completed in a day's time and they cleaned up everything. The people who work for the roofing company were nice too. I had an estimate from another company which was almost the same as the one given by Pond Roofing. We chose Pond Roofing as this was a recommendation from my neighbors who had used them some time back. They were very good at what they did.

Called the company and scheduled the estimator to come about 10 days later. He came on time and even had detailed information on the house because the company had done work prior to our owning it. He got up on the roof and then had my husband climb up and showed him where the chimney was deteriorating, causing the leak. He promised to call the mason that worked for/with the company regarding an estimate on repair as well as to come back Monday (this was a Thursday) to put down something to cover it in the meantime. After not hearing from the estimator by midweek (two days after he promised to come back), my husband called him and left messages twice with no response. After a delay of three weeks on our part (holidays, etc.), I called the company back to complain. Her response was 'maybe he didn't hear back from the mason' and gave me the mason's number directly. No apology. No attempt to resolve it by the company. I've talked to the mason and he said he wasn't contacted by the estimator. He's calling back in two days to set up a time to come evaluate for himself this weekend and give us an estimate. Meanwhile, it's raining and we are probably getting more damage inside the house as we wait!

They were a very professional crew. They finished most of the job the first day and finished the job completely the next. It was like they were not there. They installed a unique system that keeps the leaves out.

It went very well. They were professional and fast. They were the lowest estimate and had a number different options and let me pick. They did it in a timely way. It took two days for the roof. He was also very knowledgeable about roofing systems. They re-flashed the skylights and warranted that. They suggested we move the attic fan and install a ridge line vent system. He really did know his stuff and was not just a salesman. After they were done they even had large magnets to pick up the nails.

They had the best price and they were very reasonable. They were happy to do repairs on someone else's job. They were excellent. They were the best that I found.

They did a real nice job. They showed up on time and I think that things worked out pretty good at first watch. Their prices were pretty competitive and it was a fair price for the work that was done.

They came and gave me an estimate. I didn't get back to them right away, and it was going to rain. I called them up and said can you guys come out it is going to rain I want to go through with that. They came over and put down some plastic down so it wouldn't leak, free of charge.

They did the job on time and came out promptly for all of the appointments. They were very professional. I was pleased with the job, and it's working very well.

It was excellent. There were some roofers we asked for estimates from and Pond wasn't the lowest or the highest in terms of the estimate, but they were excellent. The estimator came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, then did a little on the spot repair to stop the leaking. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional and they did a beautiful job. We are very happy.

I liked their work. I have called them for work again. They were on time and they did what they were suppose to do. The only problem is they are such a reputable company that you have to make a appointment before they can come out and do the assessment and then make an appointment to do the work, and its about a week before they are able to do that.

We first noticed the leak during the holidays and called another company to repair it. And they did not fix the leak but claimed that additional work beyond what they estimated and performed (about 2 hours on the roof at a cost of about $1,200) would be needed. After several rounds of discussion with the first company, we switched to Pond Roofing for the repair. Pond was very responsive and provided an estimate of about $1,000 with a 30 day guarantee. The repair date was scheduled within 2 weeks and a crew of 3 arrived at the house on schedule. They spent the entire day working on the roof and left the roof and the yard clean and as they found it. Within a day the Pond service folks called to verify that the repair had been completed. Overall we were very satisfied with Pond's service.

I'd been meaning to have new gutters installed for a long time. The old ones put in by the builder were always half falling off and getting clogged up. One in the front of the garage would always overflow and spill water, summer and winter (the water would freeze in front of the garage and on a path to the front door.) I called Pond and they sent an employee to estimate and give me some options. Everything was explained well and I did opt-out of the gutter covers, as they would have doubled the price. I've heard they do not work, anyway, and gutter cleaning is not too expensive, although this might not be your feeling. The company was busy enough that I had to wait almost a month for the gutter installation. I had no problem with that and they came right on time. The installation was done professionally and quickly (two days, as I recall). The gutters are white and very nice looking, improving the entire appearance of the house. A few days later Pond's inspector came by to OK.

The crew showed up on time and offered a reasonable rate. I was so pleased of their willingness to complete a small job. As many of the larger companies did not want to accept this small of a job. Upon receiving the estimate, I had made some revisions, which they did without hesitation. Upon completion of the work, I noticed a couple of minor corrections which needed to be fixed. The crew immediately corrected them. They are definitely motivated to satisfy the customer.

I really liked this company's estimator. He was the only one of 3 who went up on the roof to do the estimate. As a result I found out I had holes in the roof I didn't even know about. Unfortunately, their price came out higher than an equally well-rated company so I didn't use them.

Probably one of the most professional contractor organizations I have ever worked with. For instance the staff are all employees, the estimator was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with a wealth of information. Consequently I was able to make an informed decision. The workers were courteous and cleaned the job area each day. The installation is beautiful and really perked up my house visually. Pond Roofing now offers many other services beyond roof repair so I now have them in the front of my Rolodex.

In desperation we called Pond Roofing to see whether the roof was implicated in an intermittent leak to the second floor of our three-story townhouse that our former plumbing company had misdiagnosed as related to an upstairs toilet. Estimator had to do some sleuthing to figure out the probable cause, because of the intermittent nature of the leak (only with very heavy rains). He did find it, though, and a crew then came out in less than a week and fixed things. Mystery solved!

Pond's showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would. They worked very hard in extreme heat and still finished in a timely fashion. The job took several days however they cleaned up everyday as if the job was finished, which I appreciated. I was very pleased with the results of their work and effort.

Our old roof was probably the worst roof this company had ever seen. They were fantastic throughout the whole situation, especially the owner's wife. She was really nice. The finished job was perfect along with their pricing.

It appears that a subcontractor was used to do the work. However, the quality of the work appears to be fine. The price seems to be fair and in line with some of the other estimates I received.

I went with another company who also completed their repairs on the existing roof at the same price, but I would comfortable with Pond Roofing in the future.

Estimator showed up when promised and delivered quote next day. Pleasantly and thoroughly explained technical details of roof repair and options. Work crew came several weeks later when scheduled and worked diligently throughout hot summer day to accomplish roof replacement. Cleaned up well and departed earlier than expected.
