I will be using them in the spring to replace the roof and will use them on other projects as needed.

They took them along time to get the parts. They put a new roof on our house years ago that's why I called them back again and I know that they were listed on Angie's List.

I think the price was competitive. They were very dependable and they seem to do a good job. They were pleasant to have the work and they kept things neat. They were always polite and they did a good job on the roof.

My experience with them was excellent. I actually use them professionally and personally.

It was fine. They do a thorough and reasonable price.

They came and gave a free estimate. We signed the contract but we're like on a 6 week waiting list until they get around to do it. The man that came out for the estimate was the owner of the company. We had questions and he came out about 3 times personally and answered the questions, brought samples, and accommodated us in everything we need to know. We were pleased so far.

They did an excellent job! They are very efficient and very courteous people. I would definitely recommend them. We shop around and they got the best price for the service. They showed up right on time and really easy to work with.

They are scheduled to do the work but they are 3 months behind. They came recommended through a friend. The estimator was very straightforward and easy to deal with. He was very responsive to all my emails and questions. I travel a lot so they didn't push me to send in a deposit check. I didn't send it in until August. Their estimate really wasn't comparable to other companies. Other estimates didn't say they were going to do what these guys were going to do. They were higher but they are doing more work. It took them a long time to get out because they were so far behind but it wasn't their fault because of the weather we had this past winter. I wasn't there for the estimate.

It was good. It was the dryer vent and the previous person didn't do a good job of it. It was my first time using them and they did quality work.

It was fine. They did a good job. They left a lot of debris in the attic space and they didn't clean it up. They said it would happen but it was more than I expected.

I would recommend them. They completed the service in a timely manner. They did everything.

I would use them again in the future.

I would say that they were outstanding. They did the estimate. They came. A tree went to my roof so my insurance company paid for my new roof. They took off the old roof and put on a new roof. It was perfect. I actually asked them how I could vent my roof better so the upstairs wasn’t so hot. They put this mushroom looking vents for those and they worked extremely well. I also used that opportunity that they put new gutters with gutter covers on the roof.

It was good. The only thing is I'm not sure if it's their fault or there something wrong with my rules. But a year later I had the same leak. But they were very pleasant to work with. I had another leak. I don't know if it goes on different leak but it could be on the same spot. I would use them again in the future.

The experience was a good one. I had no problems with the installation. They were very courteous, came out quickly, got the job done and cleaned up after themselves very well.

We've had a good experience with Pond Roofing. We had a good experience dealing with the president of the company in scheduling the service a couple of months earlier. It was a good interaction with the president. There was very little interaction with the people that came out. They knew what they're doing and they did it. Let us find out in a few months, but it appears to be satisfactory.

It worked out unbelievably well. The president of the company even helped me with a concurrent project that was going on. My fridge had flooded and the dryer was vented out front. I was very eager to have that venting problem solved before they put on all the siding. He found a device that would work. He came over and cut a hole so the dryer could vent safely and legally into the garage. We had a little problem with a gutter this spring and one of the men came over, with no questions asked, and worked with the plumber and put the new gutter drain down. They did have to deal with the weather.

They did a quality job and the interaction was fine. I would absolutely use them again.

They were recommended, so I used them, but they did the work. I was looking for a leak, but I am not sure if they fixed it, or if it was another company that did some other work that fixed it. They charged me their minimum.

The experience was very good. They were very good on follow up with information. I asked them to send it to my gmail, and they did. They showed up when they said they were going to show up, they did the work when they said they were going to do it. It wasn't a very complicated job, and they were able to diagnose it fairly quickly. They were able to explain what was going on. They did the repairs, and didn't try to up sell us, and so, there was no push that way, which I appreciated.
