Excellent customer service throughout. I initially dealt with sales rep Mickey, who explained questions I had along the way. If I hadn't scheduled roof work, prob. wouldn't have known Pond was there. They cleaned up very well after themselves. I found only one nail so far on ground. They even took the trouble to sweep off my deck in back of house. They guarantee their work for 15 years, which is an added plus. At the end of the job, owner Patrick personally came out to do a walk-through of the job and address any questions or concerns, so it was great follow up. It's rained twice since new roof went up and I haven't noticed any leaks or other issues. No complaints from adjoining neighbor's place either. They were about a month out when I scheduled.

A new house we are buying needed gutters. My bank would not give us a loan until the gutters were fixed and because of the circumstances on the sale of the house, the current owners would not be able to have the work done. Another trick was timing. The bank that held the loan on the house needed to consent to the work also. AND it had to be done in time to have the work inspected by our bank before we could close on the house. By the time we got the approval we were VERY close to the closing date and I wasn't sure that Pond would be able to do the work on such short notice. Well, it took some work, (and a little begging of the inspector to wait until the very last moment) to check the work, but they got it done! The new gutters are wonderful and the other roof repairs are done too. I am so happy to be moving into a house knowing that the work is as good in quality as it is in looks. The workers were all very friendly and answered all my questions. I ask a lot of questions too. Thank you Pond for such wonderful service and for being so accommodating when my schedule suddenly changed and I couldn't control what all was happening. I am VERY pleased with my gutters and I highly recommend Pond Roofing to everyone.

I spent $1100. They did gutter guards. They do a great job. They're punctual, they have good crew members and they work to get it done on time.

They cleaned up everything as expected. I had an issue after the installation and the installer came right back and checked it and resolved the issue. I have no problems; everything is great.

As far as I could tell, it worked out. They did the work on time as promised. I’d used them again or at least get a bid from them again. I had three bids and I went with them because they were responsive. They’re bid was the best bid of the three. The price was competitive.

It went well. They were awesome. Pond was fantastic. They were so good in fact that we had one leak and the day they came weirdly three more leaks found in completely different locations and the team identified the source of all of the leaks and then the manager came over and double checked their assessment and they did everything that they said they were going to do plus fixed all these other leaks and it was all pretty much incorporated in the same price. In addition, I'm a clean freak and they wearily cleaned up well after themselves. So, I recommend them to everyone. There are some people who think they might be too high priced but for me they were very very good. I really like them. They are just very conscientious and very good.

I like them a lot. I met with a number of companies and their offer was probably somewhere in the mid to high range, but they came to be passionate about roofing. When we buy another house, they would be one of the first companies I would call. The person that really deserves the credit for their work is a guy named Shanti. He is the only reason why I would hire that company.

It was pretty good. I think they do pretty good work but unfortunately that means it takes a long time for them actually to come out and do the work because I think they're pretty backlogged. They've done some work for me in the past which is why I used them again this time. Besides that, that's the only think, we haven't had any problems since they've done it. Hopefully it's all good.
