The whole process was very smooth. Customer service was very good and Anthony came out to give us an estimate and listened to our concerns. The crew arrived on time and worked very hard for the whole day. They cleaned up at the end of the day and the roof looks great. The crew chief discussed the work before beginning and exchanged some extra boards that were rotten. Overall a great experience.

Inspected skylights and roofing, determined that only skylights were in immediate need of repair. The person who did the estimate, and the billing person were absolutely professional and helpful.

They were wonderful. The estimate was very well done: careful and professional (Mickey is excellent) We had three estimates and we just had a good feeling about Pond. Our instincts were spot-on. The crew was here on time, did a great job and cleaned up completely. Afterward there were a couple of follow up issues and they were completely and immediately responsive, cooperative and the work was and is outstanding. work was excellent. Crew was very professional and arrived on time. excellent preparations before work began, covering all plants surrounding the house. Minimum lunch break, offered to use our house for lunch but had lunch outside instead. Clean-up after work was completed was excellent, no debris found on the premise. The finished products, roof and gutters, looks beautiful and blends in the house shutters and trim. The initial service call was excellent taking time and covering all the work details, color, upgrade options and benefits. Excellent follow-up after initial visit via email. very responsive to all follow-on questions. only negative was scheduling the work start date. Original start date was after Thanksgiving, work began in Mid January. I had to initiate the calls to check on revised start dates, company promised date kept on shifting. i had to call the company to get the revised work dates, they should have notified the customer.

t went great! Every aspect of Pond Roofing, that we experienced, was excellent. The estimator was very thorough in what work needed to be done. He understood what we wanted and gave us good suggestions on how we could achieve the desired result. He also suggested referrals for work which was not covered by his company. The company sent us a contract with a delivery time frame which they met - even with our weather delays. Pond Roofing arrived exactly on time at 8:30 on the scheduled work day with 4 trucks and 2 crews of 3 people; one crew for each job. My husband watched the teams as they worked. All the contracted work was done, plus some. In the course of the repairs, they discovered and fixed some hidden problems ,e.g., rotten wall boards, which were not addressed in the contract. he shed. Both teams were meticulous in attention to the details of their work. They even reinforced adjacent structures which weren't part of this contract but could impact the work they had done. We felt like they were doing the quality of work they would do on their own homes. As each team finished, they asked us to come and inspect the work before they left. Both teams were gone by 4 p.m. I feel like I can recommend Pond Roofing to my friends with confidence and without reservation.

We worked with Shanti Smith. He was fantastic. Highly recommend asking for him to manage your project. 2. Competitive Price. They were very comparable to the other quotes I received. Not the highest and not the lowest price. 3. Excellent Work. The workers were very competent and expertly performed the work in a timely and friendly manner. 4. Great administrative staff. Friendly and easy to work with for scheduling and payment. 5. Great project management from Shanti Smith. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He went above and beyond to get the project done right and to our specifications. Did we have any issues? Not really. The only item worth mentioning would be that there were a few nails and small pieces of debris left in the yard. They did perform a thorough cleaning, but as expected, a few small items squeaked by.

This was another great experience with Pond Roofing. I've hired Pond numerous times over the course of five plus years to do leak repairs and install new siding on a rambling old house built with too many different roofing materials and plagued with too many water issues. The now President, Mr. Readyhough was instrumental in helping me resolve water issues and poor workmanship issues following a very difficult experience with another local roofing company. Pond had also done a lot of work in my neighborhood. Pond therefore was my logical choice to replace the main section of the house when repairs became too common-place. Their price was very fair and the quality of work top-notch. Everyone I have dealt with in the company has been very professional, patient, and most important competent. After the crew left, there was no evidence that they had been there, other than my having a lovely new roof that doesn't leak, gutters that aren't bent, and brand new gutter guards. How much better can it get? Thank you.

We interviewed several roofing companies and conducted careful evaluation before replacing our roof. This company stood out among other companies due to their professionalism (initial phone call, in-person meeting with estimator). Estimation seemed to be very fair as well ? not the highest and not the lowest. I could feel the sense of pride they have for working for a company that has been in this business over 50 years. The job was performed well. Communication throughout the project was efficient. The crew members are hardworking, courteous, and thorough in what they are doing. Overall, this was the best experience we had with home renovation contractors. I wouldn?t hesitate recommending this company.

Made appointment to remove gutter helmets from our gutters. Appointment given for a Saturday morning and was promised a price estimate before arrival of service crew. No proposal was ever sent. On Saturday morning a single estimator rather than a service crew arrived to walk around the house with a clipboard wasting our time looking for what the company could do for its $450 minimum fee. No mention was ever made of such a minimum when I made the appointment, nor that an estimator would show up rather than a service crew. Estimator could not find anything else to "fix" and finally decided that he would go back and see what his manager "might be able to do" to provide the promised service. Promised to call back within the hour, since the office was just in the neighborhood. We never heard from Pond again. A horrible and unprofessional waste of our time and zero service on our gutter sfrom a company that advertizes specifically that it does "gutter repair", but can't be bothered with anything less expensive than $450! Did little to inspire confidence in Angie's List ratings. Stay away from Pond Roofing.

I have always highly recommended Pond Roofing Co Inc. We have used them many times. They have done our garage roof, the main roof on our house, they have put in new skylights for us, they have done guttering for us and all kinds of stuff. I have used them off and on for years.

It went fine. They are very expensive. You get what you pay for. They are very good and very systematic. By the time they came out until they finished the job, it was like two and a half or three months. They've got so much work I guess or they don't want to hurry it up because they want to produce quality work.

I had a leak and I went up with the person from Pond Roofing and we looked at what we thought the problem was. All I can say right now is that the leak stopped. I suspect that they got the right problem. I haven't gone up on the roof yet to see what they did so I haven't examined the actual work they did but the objective of stopping the leak was certainly achieved. I have been tempted to go up on the roof and take a look at it but I am 89 years old and climbing up on the roof is something that I am not anxious about. I think it is probably fair by current standards. The guy that I talked with when they first came in seemed to know what he was talking about. I know a little bit about the roof up there, I've done some roof work myself. I had to wait for several weeks for them to have the time to get up there. It took about 3 weeks before they would make a date to do the work. When the date was set, they were on time. If we had another roof problem, I would call them. I would have liked to have the leak stopped before we did. I had to have a big container in the house where it was leaking to catch water and had to wait several weeks for that to be stopped. I wished it was done more promptly. Generally it was really satisfactory.

Well. Very satisfied and have them coming back to do another roof repair.

The estimator was very thorough when evaluating the scale of work that needed to be done. The 20-year-old bay window flashing had not been installed properly, so Pond had to begin almost from scratch to repair it. The price was on the high end of what we had expected, but the professionalism of the crew, and the quality of their work, was well worth it.

They were efficient and the end product looked really good. I was shown a roof drain that had been damaged and replaced. Caulking repair looks good.

I wish the work had cost less, but we consider it an excellent value for the dollar, plus the work had to get done. Pond Roofing did an outstanding job. They were responsive when we first called for an estimate. Many of the roofers we contacted didn't show up for scheduled estimates or kept changing the time at the last minute. The Pond Roofing rep, Shanti Smith, showed up exactly as promised, gave a very thorough, written estimate and also provided detailed information about their products. We reviewed all our estimates and decided that while the Pond Roofing estimate was not the lowest, it had the best quality materials and covered all contingencies. The roofing crew was very professional, arriving on time and working until they were done, finishing the roof in one day. They did a meticulous job of clean-up and removal of all materials. The next day, the gutter/downspout crew arrived and they also did an excellent job. Shanti did an in-person inspection of the final result, made sure we were satisfied, reviewed our warranty and collected the final check. We were very impressed with Shanti, the roofing crew, gutter crew and Margy, who coordinated our roofing work schedule from the office. Getting a new roof is expensive and the work is loud, messy and the whole process is somewhat stressful. Pond Roofing makes it all as painless as it can possibly be. We recommend this company and would use them again.

The contact showed right as scheduled and performed a complete inspection of the work that needed to be done. He provided a detailed explanation of the recommended work and the estimate. After review and comparison with other offers I did go with another company that did a more basic roof replacement for less money. If I had been looking for the more complete job and was willing to wait the couple weeks for their schedule to open up, I would have gone with Pond Roofing.

The estimator came out right away to view the job. He had been to our house a few times before because Pond Roofing replaced our roof in 2011 and they come back each year to inspect the roof (a great service).He already had all the dimensions of our gutters from the previous work. We discussed the problem and the need to move the downspout. He was able to go to his truck and figure the estimate immediately. He said that the work could be done within two weeks. About a week later the scheduler called and we set up a time and date. The installers arrived on time and worked very efficiently, While they were there, I noticed a section of my siding had come loose (probably during one of the many recent storms). I asked the installer if that could be fixed. He said yes and that he would do it before he left. They cleaned up totally all debris and materials and fixed the siding. I thought I would need to pay them, but he said to wait for the bill to be sent. That was fine with me. I will certainly use Pond Roofing again. They do much more than roofs too.

I had roof damage done by squirrels. I interviewed three of Amgie's List top rated roofers. The first one was only interested in selling me a new roof even though I told him I only wanted a repair. I was thoroughly disgusted by the time he left. The second and third, the third being Pond Roofing, focused on what I needed and gave me written estimates by email. Pond Roofing was the lower of the two estimates and I chose them. Their estimate included more repair work than the other at a lower cost. I accepted their estimate and was put on their schedule on a date I requested. They arrived on time and prepared for the job. Their employees were courteous, professional, and conscientious. I was completely satisfied with their work and would definitely choose them again. I nice feature of Pond roofing is that they comfirm a scheduled estimate via email and include a picture of the estimator.

The estimate went great. Mickey, our estimator, provided far more details on the work that needed to be done and how the company would go about doing it than the competitors. He was friendly and courteous beyond expected and far exceeded that of peers at other companies. Although the price was the highest of the three estimates?only by a few $100-- we received, the workmanship warranty provided, the overall feel of the company, and peace-of-mind make it more than worth it. The actual installation was easy and fast. The crew arrived at 7a and completed the job by around 11a. I really had little to no interaction with the work crew. The job site post-installation was clean and it was if they had never been there. The post-installation inspection went smoothly and Mickey explained the warranty and gave us the relevant documents. Thus far, we have not had a single issue with the roof--even with several massive rainstorms right after the installation. Overall, I would highly recommend Pond Roofing.

Shanti Smith was our estimator and was very professional at explaining all the details as far as arrival time and what exactly was to be done. They completed their work on time and cleaned everything up after the second day. The gentlemen were friendly and very careful with plants, etc. as well as deck furniture that they had to work around. I was very impressed with how quickly the work was done and how great it looks!
