The estimate was right on track - no hidden surprises. Anything that the estimator thought might be an additional charge was pointed out to me at the time of the estimate. Workers arrived promptly and job was complete in the time frame estimated. Clean up was thorough. It was a bit expensive but it was not the most expensive estimate I received, and, there WAS a lot of wood to be replaced. I have had no problems since it was done. In my opinion, a thorough, professional job.

They did a great job. They were great. I interviewed several different roofing companies and Pond was definitely the easiest to work with and most professional. It was excellent. I trusted them completely.

It went well. I was impressed with the process with things flying off the roof there was a tear in one of the screens and the replaced it right away and very easily. I was impressed that they were very responsive with that. If there is anything you observe after the fact they are usually very quick to respond and take care of it.

They were fine. They took quite a while to find out what was cause the problem inside the house so it had been leaking for a couple of months cause we couldn't figure out where the water was coming from. They are a little high compare to other contractors but one reason I go with them is because they've been around so long and they're extremely reliable and they do good quality work. I would highly recommend them. They were excellent, they took a lot of time explaining what they were doing and why they were doing it.

They did a great job. They were professional, knowledgeable, they did what they said they were going to do, they did it well. I'm very pleased with the results.

It started very well, one of their people came out and gave us an estimate and actually said that some work that I felt needed doing didn't need to be done and suggested a cheaper alternative and the price came in was a good price. We proceeded with the work, they turned up when they said they were going to do it and did a great job.

The price was good. They are the lowest on several quotes. They were pretty responsive and punctual. They did the whole job in about an afternoon. I thought it was good and professional.

They did a very good job. It's a complicated roof because it's a mansard roof and only certain people could handle that. Some of the other little guys just refused to touch it. They didn't evaluate the scope properly, they were going to do some work that wouldn't fit because the product wouldn't fit that space. They did everything just the way it was supposed to be done. They followed the manufacturer's recommendations and they just dealt with this mansard roof without even thinking about it. They just did it, they're used to doing it. They're ones that are listed under Angie's Super List.
