The sales representative clearly had great understanding of not only his products, but took the time to completely inspect our roof from inside to outside and made suggestions on how to proceed. The installers were friendly and the debris was kept to a minimum and was gone at the end of the job.

Pond was able to replace the siding with matching siding. The trim work is especially nice. I would indeed recommend them and use their services again.

Great. After the estimate visit we were told it would probably be about 10 weeks before our job could/would be scheduled -- small job physically yet large job in terms of impact to their schedule. We were also told that should a slot open up they'd let us know probably with fairly short notice. That happened a couple 3/4 weeks into the 10, they came out did the work.

I had Pond Roofing replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. I was told that a gust of wind blew a piece of plastic pretty high up in a tree at neighbors house and they made an effort to remove this trash before leaving. I would hire them again. The roof looks great and they were very responsive upfront, on the day of work, and with warranty information after the work was completed.

Perfect. This was a difficult roof. Good knowledge of work and products. They showed up on time and complete work on time and high quality.

The estimator and owner were always involved and participated. The repairs were always good. One time the leak was more substantial and Pond explained that the problem was beyond its capabilities because our roofing system was more commercial than residential. I was referred to a commercial roofer. That work turned out to be minimal and the problem was solved.

Good quality job, reasonable price. They get a B rather than an A because I asked them not to replace the downspouts and they did anyway and charged me for it (the work was done when I was not at home).

A lot of my friends ask about roofing and we always say Pond Roofing.

Pond Roofing had great customer service and did a wonderful job on the roof, even leveling one truss that was too low before they replaced the decking. I would rate their roofing as A+. The siding work was good and they did correct some issues. I would rate the siding as a B+
