+ 1 morePinnacle Services provides the yard work we need at a reasonable cost. Our lawn is " natural" with an abundance of weeds so our needs are modest. Pinnacle Services has kept our lawn cut for years. They come every two weeks on their schedule. I do not need to be here when they mow the lawn of clear our leaves. Annually, I need to remind them of property boundary so that they do not mow our neighbor's natural growth. To get to one section of our property, they need to go over the neighbor's property. After reviewing that with them, they keep their blades up. Whenever I call to request an additional service, Jaime calls to discuss scheduling the service. If I call because a section of yard was skipped, they respond promptly. We plan to continue to use their lawn service.
Description of Work: Pinnacle services has mowed our lawn every 2-weeks from April to October for several years and has done fall leaf clean up. Cost in 2009: $432 for season, 16 mowings at $27 per mowing Leaf clean up --they gathered our leaves once at season end (including clearing leaves from roof, ramp, garden and 1/2 acre lot. Date:12/02/09 Cost:$165 Gutters: 12/2/2009: Cost: $77
