Description of Work: They installed a new roof on our home. We originally called them as we were gathering estimates for installing a new roof, since they were offering an Angie's list big deal at the time. We had received two other estimates before them. We give them a B for price because their estimate, which included the "Big Deal" discount, was higher than both of the other two estimates we received. We went with them partially because they agreed to match a lower price estimate, and because we were satisfied with the way they were going to do the job. | |Initially, we were disappointed because the crew did not seem to pay attention to some of the details as promised, such as covering up the lawn with tarps. Also, they were not prepared to install two vents into the soffit as initially agreed to in the work statement. However, the project manager, Casey, was extremely responsive to fixing the issues and finishing the job as promised, and the crew came back several times to finish the work. We were very pleased with the level of attention we received, which more than made up for our original concerns. The roof was installed beautifully, with all the issues addressed, as promised.

Description of Work: My new roof is great. My new windows are fabulous. I got a fair price and everyone was pleasant.They came as they said and cleaned up after the installations. I plan to use Nu Home for all of my exterior work.

Description of Work: This was my second time using Nuhome Exteriors (don't remember the exact date). The first time was for new roof, gutters, trim and wrap. This time was for a new front entry and storm door. The work was professional and prompt and I love the new look. Both times I was very pleased with the work.

Description of Work: They were professional enough in all respects, but I am somewhat disappointed about the quality of the window & door products, &, once I went beyond the basic order, which was at a considerable savings, I must admit, the other items were remarkably expensive, almost to make up for the discounted prices of the originally featured Angie's List items.

Description of Work: Drained water from flooded basement; cleaned up the mess and dired the area; installed new insulation on all walls; replaced sliding glass door.

Description of Work: NUHOME Exteriors put in a new front door and storm door. It took most of the day, but they stayed with it until it was done. They then cleaned up after themselves.

Description of Work: I had all of my main level windows replaced, at two different times. I have been unable to get the house warm since replacing the windows. Someone came out to inspect the windows and informed me that The second set of windows was a lower grade than the first. (should have been the same) They did say they would look into the matter over a month ago. I have heard nothing back. I regret that decision to replace my windows. The windows look good.

Description of Work: We need to have our home's roof, gutters and wood siding replaced as well as some chimney repairs. The representative from NuHome advised they only do roof, gutter and vinyl siding replacements (not wood). We are looking for a company that can do all the work we need. No complaints, they just can't do what we need at an acceptable cost. Their representative was friendly and knowledgable.

Description of Work: They installed a deck, patio, and hot tub pad for us. They transformed our yard and it looks awesome!

Description of Work: We had the the wood trim on our home covered (wrapped)to prevent wood rot. It was a difficult job because the house has a lot of gables and other angles. Joaquin and his helper did a really great job working thru heat and rain to complete the job in what amounted to about three days overall. We were quite pleased with the result and would recommend this company for anyone needing exterior work on their home.
