Nu Look Roofing, Siding, and Windows

In 2016, we contracted an expensive roof for our single-family house in Virginia. Our roof leaked three times since that time. First it was in 2021. It was literally pouring in a middle of our house. It took months to get ahold of Nu Look staff. They repaired a part of the roof finally, damaging the ceiling and garage opener on a way. They had to do another set of repairs in 2022. Since February of 2024 the roof leaks again. Nu Look refusing to repair. Our roof is very molded discolorized and overall, the ugliest roof on a street.

I hired Nu Look Home Design to install a new roof and gutter system for home, porch, and garage, and to replace two porch skylights. The Sales Rep gave excellent detail of product offerings and warranties, evidence of quality workmanship and training of installers and project and installation managers. Pre-installation inspections were thorough, performed first by a knowledgeable sales rep, then by a highly experienced installation manager. Planning, scoping and costing were supported by advanced tools that assured the accurate sizing of the job and accurate ordering and delivery of the chosen products. The work was completed the work without comprise, shortages, or excess. Discounts were scaled to the size of the job. All products and service were delivered and completed on-time (installers and field managers actually arrived early each day). Setup and cleanup was immaculate—no plants, lawn, or other property damaged; all debris thoroughly removed. The quality of the work exceeded expectations, both in its execution, and in the quality of the final product. All staff were professional, cordial, fully equipped to deliver the highest quality installation efficiently. They answered questions politely and worked well as a team. The project managers executed a thorough walk-around and inspection of the work completed. My wife and I could not be happier.

NuLook Home Design provided exemplary service. Working with them was one of the most seamless and customer friendly experiences I have ever had. I contacted them to install a roof on my previous home which was occupied by a tenant. They went to that home to do the estimate, and then drove to my home to explain the cost and even walked through the material they recommended installing. The price was reasonable, and they had great patience dealing with my Home Owners Association who were extremely slow in approving the roof install. While the job was in progress, the tech contacted me several times throughout the day, keeping me informed all along the way regarding the status of the job. When it was completed, they called again and provided the final update. NuLook is extremely professional, efficient and performed a quality job. I received quotes from two other roofing companies, one took several weeks to get back to me. The other needed me to come to their office in Greenbelt, Md to discuss the quote.
