+ -1 moreI emailed Nestor through Angie's List and he responded to my email and he came out the next day to give us an estimate. I received the estimate 7 days later which seems to be the norm. I asked Nestor to make a couple of changes on the estimate and I received a revised estimate the day after.
Description of Work: Even though we did not choose Nestor Quinteros to remodel our kitchen, I have listed the services he was going to provide: Removal of existing appliances, tearing out existing cabinets and counter top, tearing out existing flooring, installing new exhaust fan and move if possible, roughing in plumbing for sink, removal door and trim out opening, patch and prime walls as needed, install new cabinets, re-install appliances.

Description of Work: They replaced a tub and the tile surround in one bathroom and hooked up a new vanity and added wainscoating to a powder room. the work was perfect and they were a delight to work with.

+ 3 moreWe where very pleased with the whole experience. Nestor (owner) came out and gave us a free estimate and the price was reasonable. We had several contractors come out and give us an estimate but it showed that Nestor was very knowledgeable in the field. He helped us with the design process and was always happy to answer any questions we had. Nestor is not only the owner but he was there every day working along side his employee's. The process took a bit longer then expected but these guys are perfectionist and it shows in there work. That was something that was easily forgiven when we saw the final result. The bathroom turned out beautifully and we would definitely hire these guys again for any future renovations. We have received many compliments from our friends and family. We definitely recommend Northern Virginia Renovations if your in need of any renovation work. We will be recommending them to all our friends.
Description of Work: We hired Northern Virginia Renovations to completely gut and remodel our master bathroom. We needed a wall moved to enlarge the bathroom and the new shower framed in. Also some plumbing needed to be relocated to accommodate the new shower and move the toilet to a new location. We also had heated flooring installed and the complete bathroom was to be done in marble. Install new vanity, top, faucets, mirrors, recessed lighting and accessories.
