Normen's was one of the few Air Duct cleaning providers that actually returned my call in a timely manner. They called me the same day I called to inquire about service, scheduled the service (2 systems), showed up on time on the date scheduled, and did a fabulous job. I am moving into a house where the previous owner had cats and I am allergic to cats. So, I did a very thorough job and Normen's came through. They were very professional! I have already recommended them to friends!!!

Exceptionally professional and thorough. He spent 3 hours here until 8pm and still wanted to calmly walk me through everything he had done. He was clean and polite and very very knowledgeable. I had several joints and hidden duct work that hadn't been cleaned in at least the 12 years we've owned the house. He had to go up into my attic space above my garage and take apart the venting to figure out where it was clogged. He also completely took apart the dryer to clean it inside. GREAT, HONEST SERVICE. I will have him back regularly.

Normen was very honest. Despite spending a couple of hours diagnosing the problem, he would not accept payment of the fee we had agreed on over the phone. He was available to come over immediately. He was prompt and friendly.

An excellent experience.

Our dryer vent was totally clogged - I called Normen and he promptly returned my call and set up an appointment for later the same day. He was right on time, very professional, removed his shoes in the house. He worked quickly and cleaned all the lint and debris out of the vent ducts, and then carefully cleaned up all the fly-away lint that had gotten on the back patio. It was quick and easy and he also offered some helpful advice on how to keep the vent clean and clear in the future. He also said what to look for as trouble signs again and if they happen, to call him. I was so happy to have a good experience with a service professional - would definitely recommend Normen to anyone.

We called Normen in the afternoon and he was here at 7 the next morning! He did a great job cleaning the vent. He came right on time, cleaned up everything neatly after the job was done. He provided a fantastic service. His price was $100 cheaper than the advertised price of Sears or other providers in the area . I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
