It was very satisfactory. There was one glitch but they came out immediately to fix it. They did a good job.

Got a price quote but looking to shop around at the moment.

We are thrilled with the product and service received. Would definitely use again and/or refer.

They did a great job and the blinds are beautiful. Scheduled time to arrive was between 1PM and 5PM. They came at 4:45PM but called around 3PM with their approximate expected arrival time. Installers were very professional and gave me extra 'pointers' after the installation. Absolutely no complaints....except cost!

We initially dropped a fabric blind for re-string under warranty on November 9. We have previously purchased at this store for several windows. The saleslady who took in the repair had some issues understanding what we wanted. She tried several times to look up the unit in their records, but blamed the computing system for not responding. When the unit came back a week later, it had been restrung, but would not fully extend. We went back and explained the issue to the same saleslady, who again did not seem to be processing the information that the unit did not fully extend. By the time I got home there was a message to call the store because the manager didn't understand the problem. We have worked with the manager in the past and she is knowledgeable, helpful and gracious. I again explained the unit would only partially extend down. She looked up the original purchase record, then and explained the repair had been written for a wrong, short dimension. A week later we got the unit back. It fully extends, but the spring action on strings now doesn't work correctly. In short the store manager is someone we would do business with again but the organization is now questionable Three trips over a month to get a simple repair that came back functioning but not right did not leave a good impression.

We stopped on A Saturday early afternoon, so the store was rather busy for the two people working. After waiting for 20 minutes, the lady who came to help us had an agenda of her own. She couldn't find out account from the original purchase so pretty much told us we would not be getting warranty service. We showed her the tag on the top of the blinds and she still disagreed. She commented that they had to sell new units to stay in business and that 9 year old units needed replaced anyway. More than a little annoyed, we left that store, went to another location and treated very well. We got the warranty repair restrining, and bought the new unit for a different window.

Decorator arrived exactly on time and knew her stuff. She gave us good suggestions on the type of window treatments. Scheduled the install for about a week out and was given time window , since I did not want to wait another extra week to get my preferred exact time. However, the installer showed up 10 minutes before the end of a 4 hour window on a Friday evening and I had to change plans to wait an hour and half for the install, which they should have explained. Also one of the windows had a slightly different type than what was quoted. Customer Service called me back within the hour late on Friday evening and immediately offered to replace the one set for free, it was done promptly within a few days at the exact time promised. Blinds are great , installer did an excellent job, so turned out very good

The provider arrived on the date and time specified. The provider immediately installed blinds and did an outstanding, quick job on the install. We are extremely happy with our blinds, and happily recommend this provider for all blinds services. The only set-back in the process was the lack of installation of a child-proofing mechanism for the cords. Upon identifying this later in the day, a call was placed with the provider and they immediately offered to rectify. We agreed to touch base at a later time when we are able to reach a decision as to the option we would prefer that would meet our child-proof desires. Thanks.

Last Tuesday, I went to the Next Day Blinds website and scheduled an in-home consultation for the next available date they had open. (According to the consultant who came to my house, and later the installer, this is the fastest way to receive service; going to the store first can take a week and a half start to finish because they still have to send someone out to measure anyway.) Setting up the appointment was super easy and the company contacted me several times to confirm the appointment, which was reassuring. Two days later on Thursday, the consultant Lyn came over to my house. She called before she came over just to make sure she understood what I was looking for. When she arrived she showed me the samples - small pleats versus bigger pleats, with cord versus cordless. (I went with bigger pleats and cordless.) Then she measured all of the windows. While she measured and then worked up the paperwork, I was putting together an entertainment center a few feet away. She was kind enough to offer her assistance in lifting pieces if I needed her help! So nice! We also talked about the other blinds we had on our other windows and while I wasn't sure if my husband had purchased them from NDB she fixed a broken part of the cord on the shade in our bedroom - for free! As we were discussing my remodeling project, I happened to mention that I had recently had a worker come over to fix a crack in our living room ceiling through a deal I'd purchased on Angie's List - and then she told me that they offer 10% off to Angie's List members. Wow - so glad that came up!! The total price of the shades only came up when she told me what the deposit would be, with the balance due at install. I was shocked - I had no idea window treatments would be so expensive! But hey, what do you want for a quality custom product that is ready THE NEXT DAY? I shouldn't have been surprised...but I was anyway. The window for the installer to come the next day was from 4-7 pm and the company called when the installer was on his way. He showed up at 6:45 pm and was done within 10 minutes. The shades look GREAT - I am so, so pleased.

Fantastic. Rick was the salesman who came over to give us a quote and on top of really helping us select what we wanted he was funny too. He really helped us in terms of what would look good and get the most bang for our buck. Rick was great. The shutters look fabulous and so do the rest of the window treatments.

The staff was very professional and led us to the perfect blinds for our needs. While we installed the blinds ourselves, they were very prompt in providing the blinds and ensuring we understood the installation process.

There were three steps in the process that involved someone coming out to the house; the pricer who gets your order and does a preliminary measure, a second person to remeasure, and the installers. The whole process took a few weeks. They are called Next Day Blinds because, long ago, you could pick up an order the next day. Perhaps a name change is in order.

Excellent customer service from scheduling the in-home consultation to completion of the installation. Gina, design consultant, and Brett, installer, were courteous, friendly & demonstrated outstanding expertise & professionalism. To date, I am pleased with the quality of the shades and highly recommend Next Day Blinds.

It did not start out too good. I tried on a number of occasions to call the person listed above on the this listing - Meghan. Never did get to talk with her, but she had an assistance call me back about a week later. I I finally talked with a Judy Crawley - a fantastic sales person and one that really knew her stuff. She was just great. After booking the job with Judy, Andy came out to re-measure to make sure that all was correct. Then finally, after the product was made, Carlos and his team came out and installed the shutters. They look just great and are exactly what I wanted.

They're very prompt. I went to the store and ordered something and delivered it to our house quickly. They just did a great job. I think their blinds are great. We have some other ones that we bought years ago and they're still holding up nicely. They have good products.

Sales staff were friendly and very helpful in explaining options to satisfy our need for pleated shades house-wide. But, once sale is made, you are then dealing with a corporate bureaucracy for installation scheduling (btw, not next day) and problem resolution. We had a minor repair, and it could not be scheduled on a Sat. sooner than four weeks out.

I had 6 windows installed with mini blinds. Didn't want to spend alot of money so stayed with the aluminum mini blinds which look great and good for privacy. What a pleasant experience to deal with a company who knows customer service. Very friendly and helpful at the store. Top customer service - would get updates via email, calls etc. Both the person who measures and the installer were pleasant professional. They even followed through after the installation. I've gone back to them to have my balcony door added with blinds and would recommend them.

NDB staff were very professional and thorough. the salesperson measured the window (oversized) and then a technician measured the space. both advised me on the best shutters for the window--i needed 4 for the oversized window. then the installer came a few weeks later with an apprentice. they were installed within a couple of hours. the shutters are absolutely beautiful. whenever guests visit me, i get lots of compliments on the look.

This was perhaps the easiest home improvement work I have ever had done. Clinton at the Bailey's Crossroads Showroom was my first point of contact. He listened to my needs and made specific recommendations in various price ranges. I was able to take home color samples and a very helpful packet of information. When I had made my selection, it was incredibly easy to set up the date for the measurement and final installation. The installer came today and he was terrific. I was called several times to update his arrival time and let me know exactly when to expect him. He worked quickly, obviously very experienced. I am very pleased with the services this company performed from the first time I stepped in the store to the finished product.

I called Next Day Blinds to get an appointment for a consultation/quote on blinds for 13 windows and one sliding glass door in our new home. The next available appointment was within 48 hours which I was very happy about. The Decorating Consultant, Debbie Meadows, called to verify and let me know she was running ahead of schedule and to find out if she could come early. How considerate! She arrived, took her shoes off and went about looking at all the windows and asking about my preferences. She made excellent color matches for the blinds to the windows and was methodical on things like inside/outside mounts and left/right cords. She was also very patient in helping me decide on shades for the dining room which is on the front of the house. She made great observations about the afternoon sun and showed me several options which would help shade the room appropriately during the brightest part of the day. She measured and gave me an installation date for Thursday (this was Tuesday). She explained that the only reason she couldn't do the next day because it was late in the afternoon. (I had assumed NDB was probably like 'eye glasses in about an hour' which usually means 'glasses in about a week'.) One more thing, she didn't try to oversell anything which I appreciated so much. She noticed that we had toys in the family room. She recommended PVC vertical blinds instead of linen which made much more sense. They look great (just like the linen actually) and are washable. The blinds were installed on Thursday as promised. The installer went very quickly room by room and cleaned up as he went along. He demonstrated how to use the shades in the dining room (twice) and put an extra slat for the vertical blinds in the garage. Lastly, the vertical blinds needed an extra screw in the left side. We noticed that after a week or so of constant use. We called NDB after 7 months (we're busy people). I called Customer Service and they were friendly and helpful and set up an appointment for the following week. The installer/repair person came, removed the valance, fixed the problem and it is as good as new. Blinds and installation have a lifetime warranty. Love that.

Melissa was very, very helpful. I am extremely grateful for her advise and how quickly they came out to measure and install! I love the wood blinds and think they are worth every penny!

Both of staff at the store were very helpful. We brought samples home, found what we liked and ordered. Very smooth easy process. The guy that measured was late, but they called so I was fine with that. The installer was actually early. Both of these guys were professional and quick. The install went much faster than I'd have thought. Both types of blinds are exactly what we ordered and wanted - they look great. The have a pretty much forever warranty. Couldn't be happier.

Next Day Blinds were punctual and professional. We are very happy with the blinds and with the installation. Their price was on the high side initially, but they matched a competitor's bid, and dropped the price to save us a significant amount.

Work was done by a NDB in-home person, not affiliated with a particular storefront. She came on time, measured, presented us with suitable choices, and made an installation appointment. The installer came on time, and installed the blinds quickly. This was a pretty basic transaction, that went smoothly from start to finish.

Next Day Blinds was a good company to work with. The designer that came to my home was very nice and definitely knew her product. She helped me select the color and style of plantation shutter and worked with me on price (they match competitor pricing and I had a quote for a cheaper price from another company). I was concerned about the shutters coming in one huge piece for two windows, so I contacted their headquarters in Maryland. They were willing to modify the design to make it right, but we ended up keeping it the way it was originally, based on their recommendation. They were concerned that I wasn't happy and wanted to make it right, which I really appreciated it. The shutters look great and I haven't had any issue to date. I would definitely hire them again for window treatments in the future.
