Description of Work: NDB installed new blinds in our kitchen. They were very fast, courteous, and professional. Not only that, they learned that one of the blinds in the family room was damaged. As we had also purchased these from NDB, the salesperson told us that those blinds came with a lifetime warranty, and they were replaced at no extra charge.

Description of Work: I had blinds installed on two levels of my house (approx. 20 windows). My customer service rep Anna came out for an in-home consultation and was extremely helpful. She did not try to up-sell me...she tried to outline the best package that fit my vision for my home. The install team came out two days later and they were fast, incredibly professional, and respectful. For example, they took off their shoes before walking on the carpeted area of my house and I didn't even ask them. | |I would definitely use their services again. Oh, and the blinds look GREAT!.

Description of Work: We were very happy with the service we received. The blinds are actually arrived two weeks ahead of time, the fit was perfect. The entire experience was an A+. If I had any negative all, we chose the Hunter Douglas brand, and these turned out to be somewhat more costly than we had anticipated. I guess I've just the way it goes.

Description of Work: Installed thermal honeycomb shades on 2 sets of bedroom windows and 3 door sized panels in my living room. The company is local and takes customer service and Angie's list very seriously. The decorator consultant who came to my home (Rick Frederick) was very knowledgeable and honest. He was able to help me choose the options that I would like but that would serve me best as a disabled user. The installation had to be completed on 2 separate visits because the shades were not created as Rick had specified (these are custom made shades). The error was noted immediately by the first installer. I didn't notice until he (Anthony A) stopped installation. The shade was remade and returned for a second installation within 72 hours. The second installer (Kevin S) was also wonderful. The in-home warranty gives me great peace of mind. I had purchased Hunter Douglas shades for my previous home 2 years ago. They were much more expensive and I could never open and close them by myself as I can now do with these shades. I do recommend this company and employees to everyone.

Description of Work: The woman who came to measure the windows was very friendly and though a bit late had called to say she was running late and still able to come on the agreed day. The installer was very professional and completed the installation very quickly and well. The shades are great and were exactly what we were looking for in our kitchen.

Next Day Blinds was great about scheduling a time to measure as well as install, and everything was completed within 2 weeks. We have been very happy with the quality as well as their service. They were great about doing a price-match to a competitor's store as well.

Description of Work: We went to the Georgetown showroom, where the service was friendly without being overbearing. We ordered mew blinds, and then they sent someone to our home to measure our windows. Then the following weekend, the installer came, and quickly put up the new blinds (as well as removing the old ones). | |One wrinkle was that after the installer left, we realized that one of the window's blinds had one fewer slat than the two next to it, and didn't quite rest on the sill as it should. I called, and the customer service representative took my information. A couple of days later, they called back and scheduled a time to replace the slightly-too-short blind with a new one. That process went quickly. | |We're very happy with the look and quality of the new blinds. Having one of the blinds be too short was not ideal, but they fixed the problem promptly. All of the people we interacted with were pleasant, professional, and good at their jobs. As far as timing, we only wanted to have things done on weekends, but it probably could have happened faster if one of us could have been home during the week. Overall, it was a smooth process, and if I ever needs blinds again I would return to Next Day Blinds.

They were punctual and professional both times. The items were just as ordered, and the fit from the measuring and customization just right. They look great
