When I walked into Next Day Blinds I was immediately greeted by a salesperson. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, so the salesperson went through my options based on the style and price range I was looking for. She was extremely patient, honest and helpful. She gave me some samples of various blind fabrics to sample in my kitchen against the painted walls. She also emailled me the approximate costs of my top 4 choices. After I had made my choice, I called the store to place my order. Right away I was given an appointment to have a representative come and measure. Then I was given and installation date. The measurement appointment went so smoothly, as did the installation. The installer was very professional. He showed me how to properly use my blinds, asked me if I had any questions , and cleaned up after himself. I absolutely love my blinds! They totally transformed my kitchen. The cost was so reasonable, yet it looks like I spent a fortune on them! The best part is how easy and quick the whole process was. I would definitely recommend Next Day Blinds. -Stephanie Cohen

He was so prompt - even early. Had what he needed on the truck. Fixed it and made it like new in about 15 minutes. Did not charge me. Said it was a courtesy call! I am so pleased and impressed and grateful!

It was great. We went to the store to pick them out. The person we worked with was friendly and professional and answered all of our questions and was able to point us to the choices that worked best for our house and family. The kids were entertained by the toy table and cookies. We were in and out of the store quickly, but were happy with our choice and the information about price and installation was very clear. We were able to schedule installation at the time we ordered the blinds and there were several times and dates available. Installation was great too -- they were on time, pleasant and professional and left no mess for me to clean up. They made sure I understood how to work the blinds and checked our existing Next Day Blinds to make sure they didn't need any adjustments. We are now selling our house and the shutters and blinds are great features to help the house sell. We will definitely use Next Day Blinds for our next house.

It went great. We went to the store to pick them out. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us pick the styles that worked best for our house. The kids were happy and occupied with the toys and cookies. We were in and out of the store quickly, but with a clear understanding of the cost, process, and installation plan. We were able to schedule installation while we were in the store and there were several days and times available. The installation was great as well. The installers were friendly and professional. They were on time, kept the house clean and took all of the old blinds with them. They made sure I was happy with the installation and knew how to work the blinds. They checked the existing shutters we had to make sure they didn't need servicing. We are now about to sell our house - the new blinds and shutters will be a great selling point. We will definitely use Next Day Blinds for the new house.

I could not be happier. The salesperson was extremely helpful, measurement was prompt, and installation could not have gone better. And, they look great. I'm waiting right now for the installer to come a install another blind. I love this company. They have a good product and they act professionally.

What I like about Next Day Blinds is they give you a lifetime warranty. If my blinds fall down, they will come back out and put them back up for you without any charge. I have been using them for nearly eight years now. Actually before we moved here, we had Next Day Blinds at the other apartment and that was five years previously. They are very conveniently located and you can go in and look in the shop for different items they have there on demo and see which you would like to pick out. Their price is a little expensive, but sometimes, they have sale.

Daina, the Decorating Consultant, arrived on time and listened carefully as I explained my needs in the three rooms. She then showed me examples from her design books, and we settled on a couple of options. She went to her car and brought back examples so that I could see them onsite. This was very helpful in the decision making. Daina helped me make the best choices in terms of color and style. The sunroom and bedroom shades were installed three days later. The shades look great. The sunroom Savannah shades are light filtering, cutting down on the brightness of the sun while allowing enough light from outdoors. The bedroom honeycomb shades are blackout blinds that truly black out all the light and make for a restful sleep. Daina called me back to tell me that the shade we chose for the living room could not be made large enough, so she recommended moving to a Hunter Douglas that could be made large enough. I agreed, even though the cost was $200 more. I was glad that Daina took the time to assure that I would get a shade that fit the large window area perfectly. It has now been installed and serves its intended purpose of cutting down on the glare from outdoors on bright days. It looks very attractive as well. The NDB installers were both long-time employees of the company. They arrived on time and worked quickly and effectively to install the blinds. I'm very happy with the results.

We went with Next Day Blinds to install new blinds in our Master Bathroom because they did such a wonderful job with the blinds in our living room and kitchen. We had trouble getting quotes originally on the livingroom windows through other companies that were really just the middle man (specifically Home Depot), but what really endeared us to Next Day Blinds was when one of the blinds in the livingroom broke the first week and we called them, they immediately came out to replace the broken blind with a new one about a week later. Our most recent purchase did not have any hiccups and we fully intend to replace all of our blinds over time using Next Day Blinds.

Someone came out in July and measured the window. Installation date was set for August. I had previously gone to the store to pick out what I wanted so I had a price ahead of time.

I was supposed to be an 8:00 am appointment that Saturday and later that morning I got a call and was told they would be at my house between 2:00-3:00 pm that day -- other than that, I would give they 5 stars as I am so pleased with my new blinds. I was surprised how quickly they were able to take down my 20+ year old mini blinds and install their new simulated wood blinds -- took them less than 90 minutes. The new blinds look great and work so well to stop the early morning sun from blinding me. I got an 10% off the price after I mistakenly went looking for a Next Day Blinds store in Jessup, MD where most of the 176 reviews seemed to be for -- LOL this is the corporate headquarters for Next Day Blinds and there is no store there -- got to meet Steve the president of Next Day Blinds and he had their National Customer Sales Director contact the Baileys Crossroads store in Falls Church, VA to give me a 10% discount for driving up there to Jessup, MD. Clinton Seitz at their Baileys Crossroads store was very helpful to me and my wife to quickly choose what kind of blinds we wanted and gave us a printed estimate. Great job all around but I laugh that Angie's List caused me to drive up to Jessup, MD when there is not a store there and you would not shop for their blinds there at their corporate office. Boy, did I feel kinda dumb looking for their store in Jessup Maryland particularly as I could see several Next Day Blinds Vans in the parking lot where their corporate office is (maybe their factory is there too, just no sales store. (Can I suggest that Angie's List have folks mention what store they actually went to or note that corporate address is in Jessup and is not a store and is for maybe online orders only.)

They were punctual when installing but a little late when first coming out to measure. They were always courteous and professional -- both when in store and at my home. I am pleased with both the quality of the blinds and of the installation job. I'm no longer sure of the price but remember the price being somewhat more than what I would have paid at a big box hardware store. But I preferred what they had to offer and have been pleased with the results.

The installer (Malcolm) came and was very efficient. I was also having carpeting installed, so he worked with me to coordinate the installation in the two affected areas. He was really fast, knew his job, made adjustments where necessary and was done before I knew it. He was so tall he only needed a ladder to install the large blind over the stairs. The blinds look great and he took all the old blinds away too.

They did a wonderful job. They were a great company to work with.

This is the fourth job we've done with Next Day Blinds. We now have window coverings throughout the house, and beautiful wood plantation shutters in the front of the house. These experiences couldn't have gone better. Fantastic customer service, super friendly, and a great finished product. I couldn't be happier with the company. In fact, after the last job I called the company to commend the installation crew for doing a perfect, professional job and being very pleasant to work with. Very happy with Next Day Blinds, would do business again in the future (though I don't have any more windows to cover!).

The service was good, the gentleman that came to fix them was very nice. The consultant came out and showed me the colors and samples, and never called me back. Not even a courtesy call!

Great initial appointment, great measurement appointment and great install appointment.

The salesman, Andrew, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He demonstrated and explained the products we were interested in (plantation shutters and blinds). We ordered $4,500 in plantation shutters and $1,500 in blinds. The installers arrived on time, were courteous, friendly and efficient. Products were installed within two hours. Unfortunately, we were unhappy with the color of the blinds. We ordered their whitest white available in the entry line of blinds. The color had a definite almond cast to it. We went back to the store and showed Andrew the color. When compared to the sample he had the color was a shade darker. After consulting with his regional manager the blinds were replaced with their higher grade product, at no cost! After those blinds were installed we noticed an imperfection in a slat on a plantation shutter and that three blinds had minor chips in the base section. Back to the store to let Andrew know. He arranged for a service call at which time the slat was replaced and the blinds touched up with paint. They all now look great! Next Day Blinds are not inexpensive but their quality is high and worth the price. Plus their customer service is second to none. I highly recommend that they be considered if you are in the market for blinds or shutters.

Very professional. Calls to remind you the service date and they are on the way. Measured and installed. Two were damaged, today they replaced them.

Overall, we were very pleased with the service. The team was professional, helpful, and prices are very competitive. Linda, the decorator, gave us good, honest advice and did not try to sell us stuff that we did not need. She helped us pick out some nice, functional blinds that would black out our room (I am light sensitive). The technician who came and installed the blinds was actually early, but they called beforehand to make sure it was ok to come early. He installed the blinds very efficiently and was courteous and professional.

We're so happy with them. They have a competitive price and an excellent service. They gave us a lifetime guarantee on the product. They were expensive but it's worth it.

Great! My rep made the entire process a breeze. She was on top of every detail, very responsive and had great suggestions as we were finalizing our selections. For installation, the team was friendly, professional and did a great job.

The gentleman in the showroom was very good about taking time to explain the different options to me, and gave me samples to bring home to look at colors and things like that. The gentleman that showed up to measure was right on time and very professional. We have 2 windows in the kitchen and the second one was interfering with the cabinet door so he actually said not to put a blind there because it will be a problem. They love money but I am happier. I was impressed with that. He did not just go ahead and say they will just put it up, but made the recommendation that they will not pursue that one. We only put one blinds out. The guy who came in for the install was done in 10 minutes. It was a good experience.

Initially, the pricing was a bit high but they were willing to work with me. Are they the cheapest option, no. But I am very happy with the end product. The quote was very close to the actual end result even from just a description so clearly they were making their best effort to be honest and there was no real attempt to up sell in any way. The measuring person was nice and punctual. The blinds were ready in a week or so (we did not ask for a rush) and the installation person was nice and punctual as well. He even speckled some small holes left by the previous blind assembly that had nothing to do with the install. It was a super nice touch. All in all, it was a fast, easy and complete without complication and the resulting product was great.

The whole experience with Next Day Blinds was excellent. Their showroom had a large selection to choose from. The sales representative did a great job of helping me select the right blinds. The technician who came to measure the windows was prompt and professional. He pointed out some flaws in the windows so I would understand exactly how the blinds would fit. The technician who installed the blinds was prompt and professional. The quality of the product is excellent. The price ws kind of high, but I'm very happy with the results.
