I had a wonderful experience with NewRay Development. Before starting the renovation, they prepared a design, we discussed it and made changes so that everything corresponded to our needs and wishes. It took us a long time to choose the color of the fronts and accessories, but the guys patiently accompanied us during the design phase and offered various options until we were satisfied. Alex constantly visited the project, checked the quality of the work and kept us informed of the progress. Now we have twice bigger storage space in our kitchen than we had before!

We hired NewRay Development company to do kitchen remodel. The crew came out, estimated, started and finished the project on time. They did a complete kitchen remodel and made very good suggestions and did a great work. It was a pleasure from start to finish. Iâ m especially appreciated them for being responsive for all of my questions and concerns. Entire process was so quick and efficient. This is one of the best contractors we've ever had.

I had a great experience working with NewRay team on our master bathroom renovation. The team was very transparent and professional throughout the process, finished the project on schedule, even with some unexpected bumps that came up due to the age of our house. Alex, our project manager was wonderful to work with, made great suggestions for every step of the design process, and was responsive. The team was respectful, professional, and detail oriented. We hired NewRay to gut re-do a bathroom. For a 2 week job, we are now a month out with a half way re-done bathroom and $1600 in the hole. The plumber did not follow the tub installation instructions and the tub developed a leak through the tub wall. New Ray reasonably offered to fix but cut through our live water main supply in their attempt to do so flooding our house. While my house was flooding, the project manager did not answer the phone for hours. While financially they refunded us a respectful amount, i cannot recommend them to do any work for you. To add our new contractor has pointed out *numerous* areas that would have caused us major issues had we allowed new ray to finish. Drywall backwards, wrong screws (they would have rusted) behind the tile, sink not mounted into a stud. DO NOT use these guys

Where do I start..Everything I imagine in my mind, they brought to life. I had my Kitchen and Family room totally remodeled and what an Amazing Job. Eric was very accommodating through out the whole process, Leo and the rest of the team was very knowledgeable and personable they made sure everything was done as if they were working in their own home. I can't wait until I have another project. I would highly recommend this company to anyone having work done in their home.
