Nate and Phillip Johnson let me know what I would need to do to have my condo ready to go live. We went live within a couple of weeks and had the offer in less than a week. My place went live, had a showing, an offer, and went to closing within a month. They were always just a phone call or e-mail away and responded immediately. I was very pleased with this team.

It was a pleasure doing business with the 12:45 team. We have dealt with many realtors in the past but the 12:45 team experience was some thing else entirely. We have never had such a smooth home buying experience, considering it is such a big decision and so many resources and people need to be involved to finalize the deal. Extremely well. Nate and his team did a great job and we sold our house the weekend it went on the market. They were punctual, timely in all correspondence and always kept me 100% informed. They arranged for our home to be staged and photographed and offered help getting it ready to go on the market on time. They continue to help us in the build and purchase of our new home and I truly feel they are watching out for us and that they "have my back" in this process.
