Michael did a fabulous job selling our property within 45 days after it had been listed with a prior broker for over 6 months without result. Michael spent close attention to all details; even visiting our competition in person to ensure that we would price right to sell quickly and at maximum value. Michael was professional, courteous and polite at every step of the process. Great photos and an aerial video of the property using a drone really added a pop to the listing. I would certainly recommend Michael as your next realtor as he genuinely has your best interest in mind; and especially if you didn't have luck selling your home with a prior broker.

From the very beginning through to the end, Mike stayed focused on getting the job done and remained calm, courteous--but direct--and professional, exercising excellent judgment throughout. - He evaluated the long-neglected apartment and recommended a handful of updates--the minimum required to draw in serious customers--and referred us to a contractor perfect for the job (who I will review separately). - Once the renovation was complete, he wasted no time arranging for a professional photographer and posting the photos and listing online on several sites. - We received an offer within three days, due in part to Mike's selection of a listing price low enough to get the attention of the relatively small market for this niche category of apartment. (Of course, it helped that the ultimate buyer was looking for an apartment in this specific building at this exact time.) - This is the point at which I really began to appreciate Mike's skills: Mike leveraged the timing and his knowledge of the situation to press--successfully--for a more advantageous offer, yielding a higher price (above the listing price) and accelerated closing. - All of this without my ever actually meeting Mike. Mike made effective use of phone and email to consummate a deal involving people in three different states and managed the inevitable conflicting guidance diplomatically and effectively. Closing presented a particular challenge, but Mike was up to the task, acting as interlocutor to ensure all the pieces came together in time. About the only negative I can think of: some of the administrative details (in listings and other paperwork, e.g.) required occasional tweaking. Mike was very responsive to our corrections, however, and this had no negative effect on the ultimate outcome. Overall, I give Mike my unreserved recommendation. Put the sale of your beloved home in his capable hands and he'll serve you well.

I engaged Michael after interviewing him along with some other possible Listing Agents. Throughout the process Michael was friendly, high energy and professional, with an engaging personality and a great sense of humor. It was my first time selling a house in the US and he took as much time as I needed to help me understand the process and the pros and cons of various approaches. He has firm, well reasoned views, but was equally ready to listen and take on board my ideas or concerns. He recommended excellent service providers to help prepare the property (photographer, stager, handyman) and was firm (but kind!) on what he believed to be important points when I "wobbled", like changing out blinds and a carpet for more generally appealing colors. He was realistic on the price point, so that I had a first offer within 48 hours of listing. That did not work out, but I had a second offer a couple of days after that, which I accepted. The eventual buyer made slightly unusual offer and I felt that Michael was fair and transparent in his handling of that offer - I came out with exactly what I had initially wanted to put in the bank from the sale. Subsequent activity in the housing market in the area has confirmed to me that I sold at the right price and did not leave money on the table. I have already recommended Michael to a friend for a consultation on a property that he has for sale.

After 6 months of diligent follow ups and relentless negotiations with the sellers and the bank, we started realizing that the owners of that home and the bank will not come to an agreement on settling. We found a home that was not even on the market yet and has not been shown to any buyers. After that he Introduced us to a few neighbors so we can find out more about the neighborhood. We fell in love with that home and were able to put a contract on it and ratify before it even hit the market. He was diligent with the home inspection and all appointments made. Exactly what you would expect from a top notch agent. The home did not sell for 3 months, but no other homes in the whole area were selling either. The market just froze in Mt Vernon, and when there was a little sign of action in December out of all months. He was able to get me competing offers around Christmas time. He even went out of his way to help me stage the home for a reasonable price to make it more attractive since it was vacant. We were the first home to go under contract in the whole area. He aggressively goes after qualified buyers every day and monitors the area every week. I received updates every week or whenever I asked for them. He was able to adjust the price accordingly to attract offers. Everything went perfect and exactly how we anticipated it, due to the fact that he walked us through the process step by step which eliminated any surprises or stress. Negotiating is usually the hardest thing to do in realestate and in both cases we feel like we got the best representation when negotiating both offers. We got top dollar when selling our home and got a home under appraisal value when buying.

Michael was very helpful throughout the whole process of searching for a home. He was quick to respond to emails, phone calls, and text messages when we had questions about properties. We searched for homes for about a month until we found the one that was perfect for us. He communicates faster than anyone else out there. Very tech savy, I was able to reach him via, Gchat, Text, Email since I was at work. He was able to entice offers to the property and is very skilled at negotiating. I needed someone like him to really help my daughter and I move.
