Description of Work: They did a bathroom remodel. The project manager never picked up the phone, was caught lying multiple times, added on charges without authorization to do the work or prior discussion. There was only one person who worked on the bathroom, and that person arrived late and left early, so the entire remodel took a month instead of the 2 weeks that I was told. It has now been two years and the paint on the vanity is peeling because of the moisture in the bathroom (they put in a cheap kitchen cabinet). The grout is cracked in multiple areas, and the shower door is so flimsy that I bareley dare clean it for fear the pressure will make the door come of its hinges. I regret ever having hired this company.

Description of Work: Cut the lawn. He has also helped rake leaves in the fall for a reasonable price. We've had Mario's service for 3 or 4 years. His people, he usually also comes, mow the lawn weekly, usually on Mondays and Tuesdays. He's never increased his costs.
