So many other agents in this business are only interested in getting their clients to buy and getting them to buy quickly, but Rick advises his clients as if they were family members. My wife and I couldn't have been more impressed with Rick's expertise in this industry. He helped us find the perfect home for us twice and also got our current house rented in less than a week! Rick and his wife Joey treated us like family and working with them was an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest agent who is an expert in his field. The home we purchased this time around was a FSBO, and without Rick's expertise in the industry we would not have been able to get this deal done. He always kept our best interest in mind and was always available to answer any questions we had from the start of our search all the way up to closing.
