+ -1 moreWe've had trouble from day one. They don't fix anything. The driveways are cracked. We need a new paint job on the exterior. There's mildew on the exterior and interior. There are termites. The warranty department doesn't return your calls. The roofing is also leaking right now in several units.

+ -1 moreTHERE ARE MANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS HOME. THIS HOME IS UNDER WARRANTY FOR 1 YEAR. I HAVE GIVEN THEM A LIST OF THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED EVEN BEFORE THE CLOSING AND THEY DID NOT HONOR IT. THERE WERE 25 PROBLEMS, AND ONLY 5 HAVE BEEN FIXED. I HAVE ONLY BEEN IN THIS HOME FOR A MONTH AND THERE ARE EVEN MORE PROBLEMS. THE STEPS ARE NOT NAILED DOWN TO THE FLOOR. I WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS A HARDWOOD FLOOR BUT IT IS NOT. THE CARPET IS NOT DONE RIGHT. THE PLUMBING IS HORRIBLE. IT TOOK TWO WEEKS TO GET HOT WATER AND THE PROBLEM IS STILL EXISTING. THEY CHARGED FOR UPGRADES WITHOUT GIVING THEM TO YOU.
