Great service, on time

Project: replace part of the facia board on roof peak, replace the starter course strip of siding on rear elevation, reinstall siding boards anchoring them down properly and finally tightening up and anchoring several loose boards on the rear elevation. When Mr. Jun came to give me a quote he walked around the house with me explaining the best course of action to accomplish the repair work needed. He scheduled the repair promptly once I decided to proceed, showed up on time and completed the work in the time frame given. He did an excellent job and was very reasonably priced for the work he did. I would definitely use him again should the need arise.

Today, Mr. Seong finished installing a corner post siding in my home. He mentioned the problem I'm having with finding section of the same color. He called around looking for a suitable substitute. He explained how he would execute the tasks in detail and double-checked that I understood and agreed. He collected dropping nails in the grass with a magnetic sweeper before leaving my house. I am quite pleased with his work and would gladly suggest him to anybody I know. I rarely come across a contractor as responsible and competent as this gentleman.

Seong of Lauren's Dad Remodeling Company is a very professional and friendly. He has a positive attitude and seemed to actually care about his work. He came to replace siding that fell from a bad storm. The siding was way high up, enough to go another roof with a 40 foot ladder. He was very timely and did great work. It was a very good value for what he did. I would definitely hire him again!
