I needed help trying to find a leak to the basement. The owner came and felt the problem should be covered by the company who installed the siding. He was an honest man and I would. have used him if I had to do so. The company that should have fixed the problem(Builders siding) came out to look,but wouldn’t do anything. We eventually caulked the window around that Lauren’s dad had recommended.

Mr Jun contacted me quickly, he came by the next day for the estimate and was able to fix the issue the same day. It was pricey but about the same price my neighbor paid for similar repairs. I'm satisfied and would call him again if i needed additional work.

Having made several Home Advisor requests for "siding repair" (over the past two months with no call backs) I called HA customer service who was exceptional. I was connected to Jun Seong of Laurens Dad remodeling company. Jun called me immediately, gave a brief review of his work and what jobs he was already engaged in. He managed to work me in the following week. He rewrapped the siding on my bay window with IMPECCABLE PRECISION, took old siding off and wrapped exposed barrier, sealing and reattaching all along the lower third of the house siding. Installed flashing over the exposed brick (house poorly built), ensuring that water had a proper channel to escape. I cannot say enough about Mr. Seong’s professionalism, business ethics and a passion for quality of work. He did not rush, cut corners and was communicative throughout the process. “Laurens Dad Remodeling” is who you want to call for siding needs. As for the other “Home Advisor siding vendors” that ignored those two months of requests; this is poor business, people use Home Advisor as a trusted source but if vendors are being choosey on who to help or only select bigger jobs, I would say goodbye to Home Advisor/Angies List and seek more vendors like Mr. Jun Seong of Laurens Dad Remodeling. LDR came to my house on a Sunday, while it was raining, within two hours of receiving my service request and gave me a reasonable estimate. After calling him to confirm my decision, he came the next day to replace the siding. His genuine, positive demeanor as well as his quality of work and attention to detail has earned my business for all future exterior work. Highly recommend!

I contacted him and he came out the same day, looked at what needed to be repaired, gave a fair estimate and schedule the work to be done the following week. He kept me up to date on the materials that were ordered, when they would be delivered and exactly where they would be placed once delivered. He showed up when he said he would show up and kept me in the loop during the whole process. He was very personalalbe and professional. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Lauren's Dad Remodeling Company responded on the same day as my conversation with Home Advisor. LDR inspected the damage on that same day. LDS expertly repaired the damage on that same day and modified original installation to prevent recurrence, ending worry about rain/water damage. None better.

Very Professional, High Quality work, Outstanding Customer Service. From first moment I contacted Mr. Jun to completion of work he kept me informed, ensured I understood all that he was doing for me from reviewing what needed to be done, explaining where the materials were obtained (my vinyl siding was very old and the original company had changed hands, but he found the company.) So kind and generous with his time. He was able to match the vinyl siding so perfectly. I can't recommend Mr. Jun high enough.

I asked for the repair to be completed about a week after he came out to do our estimate. I really appreciated getting a reminder phone call from him the day before, and also another call the next morning when he was on his way. My siding repair was on a dormer on my roof, so he took before and after pictures for me to see his work. I will definitely call him again for any other siding repairs I may need.
