Rather than get frustrated with us, Kinder showed tremendous patience and gave us a lot of helpful recommendations along the way until we were able to find the home that was perfect for us. Kinder is non-judgmental and very positive with her clients - she tries to find the positive in everything even when the process of selling or buying a home throws up challenges as it inevitably does. Kinder knows the real estate market and the rules and regulations very well and is not afraid to negotiate h****** behalf of her clients. In the end, she helped us buy a perfect single-family home at the right price and in the right location that met our family's needs. I would highly recommend Kinder for anyone looking for a caring and expert guide to help one navigate the home buying or selling process.
