Description of Work: KCSI was one of 3 compamies that I had found on Angie's list that I requested an estimate from to replace the siding on my house. The initial meeting with John Knowlan went well and I was told to expect an estimate within two to three days. After a week I called the company and was told that I should have an estimate within the week. After my second inquiry, they did not return my calls. As a professional courtsey, I would have appreciated having my call returned or an explanation as to why they were no longer interested in my business. Their overall attitude seems contrary to the write-ups I read on Angies' List.

Description of Work: I had a couple pieces of siding come loose on a recent windy day. John Knowlan was able to come out to my house the next day and was able to lean out a window on the third story of my townhome and fix it. This saved me both time and money - KCSI would have had to come back another day if they needed to use ladders on the outside of my house and because the loose siding was up high on the third level, there would have been premimum charged. John was very professional. I really appreciated that he found a way to get my siding reconnected to the house that day with minimum cost to me. I would definitely call KCSI again if the need arises!
