As a selling agent, she was helpful in setting an asking price, helped negotiate accepting price($15k over listing), was professional when working with the buyers agent and title company, and very responsive when questions or concerns came up. As a buyers agent, Katie negotiated a deal $22k under listing, which was greatly inflated. She remained professional when the seller had some interesting requirements, and recommended a mortgage broker that was a joy to work with. I can’t recommend Katie enough. She went the extra mile and made the traditions as easy as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.

My tenant gave me short notice, so Katie had short notice. She was able to get the property ready super quick and ready for viewing the day after my tenant moved out. We had a lease in place in less than two weeks. She was very communicative throughout the process and thought of a few things I hadn’t in past tenant searches. Highly recommend!!
