Juggs Paving and Masonry

Terrible experience with Juggs. They were traversing our neighborhood looking for business and signed up approximately 10 homes. They quoted us a price and informed us the job would take two days (one day for prep and one day for asphalt). Their truck broke down the first day, so they skimped on the prep and immediately went to laying the asphalt. We noticed two days later that their was a low spot in our driveway which water pooled (5' x 7' area) and informed Juggs it needed to be repaired. They informed us they would lay 2.5 - 3.0 inches of asphalt. In reality, they put down about 1.5 inches of asphalt 9 pre-rolling) and finished about .75 inches of depth. They told us they would be out the next day to repair. After 12 days of face to face talks and phone conversations, they never returned to repair. In addition, they left dirt, trash (cups and fast food wrappers) in our yard. Would avoid this contractor for any work.

We have a very long driveway and we ended up paying more than most people would probably pay for regular sized driveway. They were very good. They cut some bad areas of the driveway. We widened it a little bit and expanded the area were cars can park outside the garage. They were careful and thorough. The price was pretty good for what they did. We did have a couple of missed phone calls.
