Their bid was lower than others. They are reputable. The crew worked well together and they met my needs as far as keeping the wood in shape to make a table.

They were very fast and efficient. They came out one day and did the job the next. They also cleaned up all the debris. Everyone I talked to said it was a great price.

Could not have asked for a better job. I was out of town when they wanted to top/trim my tree. They said not a problem. Since I had them trim several other trees, I felt it was fine if I was not there, although, I was still hesitant. When I arrived home, I was completely happy. They did a great job as usual. BTW, their estimate was very competitive

They arrived on time with a crew and crane. They were very efficient and professional and went right to work. Within several hours, the tree was down and all the limbs ground up. They even dumped the grindings on my neighbors driveway so he could use it for mulch. Another man arrived later that day to grind the stump. He did a good job grinding the main stump as well as the big roots from the stump. He used his machine to plow all the ground wood and dirt up the hill and to the curb. He then shoveled all this into his truck. Later, I raked the ground and found several smaller roots that I wanted removed. He returned and ground them as well at no extra charge. I would definitely use them again. In fact, many of my neighbors have used them and they were very pleased. When I called the office to make the finale payment, I told her I had a 10% off coupon and she accepted it on the spot. P.S. Ask for Mike to do the estimating. He is a bit lower than the other estimator.

The job had to be re-scheduled several times because of weather. They could try brushing up on their communication with customer. I had to call them twice to see if they were still coming after nobody showed up, though the weather was "iffy" they should have called me, so that we were not waiting around and making all the needed arrangements to have the work completed, i.e., moving cars and company trucks around from under the trees to be removed.

They were polite and on time, but there was a slight misunderstanding. I had understood that the stump would be removed, but the tree cutters arrived without a machine that would have been necessary. It would have been an additional charge, which we decided to forego. This wasn't a big problem, since we received the services we paid for and felt they did excellent work. I would use them again without hesitation but would make sure there is no miscommunication.

The work was performed quickly and professionally. The cost was almost 50% less than another estimate I got. This company was recommended by a friend that used them. I failed to move a bird bath out of the way (my fault). It was damaged, but the men reported this to me. Clean up was very thorough.

GOOD OVERALL HANDLING OF CONTRACT. A BIT SLOW IN RESPONDING TO QUESTIONS BY TELEPHONE. PROMPT START-UP TO WORK AFTER CONTRACT WAS ACCEPTED. TREES REMOVED EFFICIENTLY, AND WITH NO DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR YARD.
