Wonderful! Everything he did was perfect.

He was very good, professional, and we were very pleased with the work.

Company provided estimate and then completed subsequent work to make basement drywall repairs. They reflected very good communication both in setting up and confirming appointments for estimate and work to be performed. Showed up on time in both instances, as well. I thought the cost for the work was fair. I was equally impressed with Mr. Harris, who actually performed the work. He was on time and did a very good job making the repairs. I would gladly use this company again.

Estimate was simple, prompt & very clear; made the choice to go with Jim very straightforward. Follow-up from the office, scheduling & getting all the details lined-up was also very straightforward. Work was done promptly, very efficiently, met all our requests/expectations, and cleanup / wrap-up was super. Cost was very reasonable for such a top-notch job. We couldn't be more pleased.

The quality of the work was very good. The individuals who performed the work were very professional. However, they don't guarantee their work. My main gripe, however, occurred when I realized they did not caulk the soap holder which is part of the tub. When I contacted the office manager, her comment was "it wasn't on the list" and for someone to come back would cost an additional $85 for the house visit which excluded the cost to perform the work. I felt the soap holder, although located on the wall by the tub, should have been re-caulked as part of the overall project. The Office Manager was extremely rude, abrupt and abrasive in her response to me. The low ratings for Responsiveness and Professionalism relate to the Office Manager and NOT to the men who did the work. For that reason, I have given an overall rating of "C' and I would not use this company again.

From start to finish, the entire experience with "Jim The Handyman" was top-notch. Everyone we worked with was professional, courteous, and helpful. Dave (the repairman) did an excellent job. He is extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and completed the work in an efficient and timely manner. Roz (the scheduler and telephone contact) was friendly, easy to work with and very helpful. They all work together well and make the process a pleasant experience for the customer. We would recommend "Jim The Handman" to anyone needing home repairs. We will definitely use their services again.

He's very good. He was very responsive and he did top notch work. He used great materials.

Since I had many questions, he declined to do the work. I had questions about the doors and the quality of the doors and things like that and he never got back to me. I had to do it myself. I was very disappointed since I was counting on him to do the work.

The contractor arrived 15 minutes into the 2 hour window I had been given. We discussed the job and he went to work right away. He made a suggestion to use new fasteners that he could provide instead of trying to re-use the old ones and I agreed. He moved all of the contents out of the closet and put everything back when he was done. I am very pleased with the work. I was told when I made the appointment that the job would be estimated before any work was done. He did not provide an estimate nor did I ask for one prior to him beginning work.

Very friendly and timely service. They promptly appeared for the estimate and job as scheduled. Work looks great. Nice people. Very reasonable prices. Only problem is that they are so good and so fairly priced they get a lot of business, so from the time I initially called to the time they finished the job was about 6 weeks. Overall, very pleased though. Worth the wait.

The service was superb. I like the fact that I don't have to look for work for a certain fixed amount of time. The reminder calls are very helpful. During the estimate, I was able to ask questions about the work and the guy, David, was not in a hurry. He took time to explain things and some work that I thought needed to be done, I decided not to do based on his experienced advice. I was very happy with the work. my doors are all working smoothly! The sliding doors are old and he couldn't find rollers from his supplies but he did not give up. He could easily have recommended that I just replace my slider doors which would have been more expensive. INstead, he took time to look for the part in the store, came back and was able to fix it!!! Definitely will trust Jim the Handyman to help me handyman work in the future!

Luke was the repairman. He did an outstanding job in each of the requested repairs. He was prompt, courteous, very thorough in each instance. We had the Jim the Handyman last summer for a painting job. We will be sure to use their expertise in the future!

The young man who worked for me was wonderful. He involved me in the decision about each item he hung, worked quickly but carefully, was polite, considerate and respectful about everything he did. I am very happy. The first place I contacted to do this wanted over $400. Jim the Handyman charged an hourly rate, so I could get these jobs done for much less. I am more than satisfied and will certainly call them when I have chores that I cannot do myself.

Very pleased with Jim the Handyman and his men Luke and Dave. They were professional, knowledgable, friendly, punctual and tidy. Our go to handyman from now on!

We hired Jim the Handyman to get home ready for sale. Kelly and crew did a phenomenal job in a short amount of time, and work performed was very high quality. Kelly even repaired a large crack in the ceiling at no extra charge. Crew cleaned up work areas when finished and left no trace of having been there. Can't recommend JTH enough!

From beginning to end the process was great - from speaking with Roz on the phone to working with Kelly on the estimate was easy and straight forward. I had met with 3 other deck companies before meeting with Kelly - every one of the deck companies wanted to replace entire railing sections, the pergola, stair stringer skirt board, deck skirt boards, etc. (the deck is only 3 years old) - Kelly came in and evaluated the job and was straight forward about what had failed (wood was very wet when the deck was built) and what needed to be replaced/addressed. Luke and Kelly showed up yesterday and did a fantastic job on rebuilding/repairing the deck. Outstanding craftsmanship and work - couldn't be happier with the results - far exceeded my expectations based on what the other deck companies were telling me could or couldn't be done.

He did nice work and his prices were very fair. He stands behind his work.

I was happy with the work and service. They arrived on time for the estimate and immediately gave me a quote for the work with a couple options. I made an appointment to have the work completed a couple weeks later. They arrived on time to do the work and completed everything quickly and the repairs look really good. I would call them again for help with future projects.

He was great. He just gave us a good description of what can be done and what could not be done and what options of were more costly versus less costly.

Great job. The office manager (Roz) is very sweet and responsive. Kelly came out to do the work as promised and we are very happy customers. Will happily use them again.

The work took place a couple of weeks after our free estimate. Jim was quite courteous, professional, and skilled. We will use him again.

Everything went very smoothly. I got an estimate but didn't get back to having the work done till 7 weeks later. But they were prompt to schedule me and do the work after I told them I had acquired all the materials. The work was done well. It took about 2 hours for each door. One was the front door to the house and the other was the house entry door thru the garage.

Mike did very excellent work! He took his shoes off when he first entered my unit. He worked very efficiently and capably. He is also very polite and professional. He vacuumed and cleaned up the areas that he worked in. He was very careful not to spill any paint, etc. The areas that he worked on are very much improved and look so much better! I really appreciate his work and will definitely use this company, Jim the Handyman, again.
