JCPenney Fair Oaks Mall

I?m real happy with Laura, my stylist from JC Penney Fair Oaks Mall hair salon. She is very knowledgeable in what she does. She does the coloring, cutting and the blow drying. I can?t use certain products and so she works with me on that. She works until she makes sure that we got the right hair style for me. She does a very good job. The salon has different levels of expertise and those different levels charge different rates. The charge of the hair style depends on the experience of the stylist. So, one can pay less for a stylist with lesser experience. They are very reliable. I would continue to use this salon in the future.

The designer who came to give the free estimate was very professional and knew her products well. She took thorough measurements of all the windows and was able to give me a written estimate before leaving. I ended up going with Next Day Blinds because the cost was about $1000 less and the warranty was better, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JC Penney to someone who might want a particular window treatment not available at NDB.

The interior decorator came to my home and helped me select the window treatments and colors. Everything was custom made, and the installers put the curtain rods up and they were very professional and friendly. The curtains turned out even better than I had imagined and I will use this company again in the future.
