J & B CLEANING SVC

J&B consistently performs poor work. I am constantly having to ask them to go back into apartments and re-clean because they do sloppy jobs and miss spots. For example, they consistently do not clean the stove grates properly, leaving food and residue on them from the previous tenant. If there are only a few spots they have missed, I will go in and do a touch-up cleaning myself. However, the majority of the time I have to have them come back in. They are never on time- if they show up at all. I have even caught employees sleeping in apartments overnight because they showed up as the leasing office was closing and office staff members were not able to stay and lock up the apartments after the cleaners left. J&B was hired by my company because of how cheap they are. They have a reputation in the property management industry for performing poor work at a cheap price. Large corporations such as mine take advantage of this cheap rate, and unfortunately the onsite employees suffer because of it. Stay away if at all possible!

THEY CLEANED ALL MY RUGS, WAS VERY RESPONSIVE, PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE WAS GREAT. MY CARPETS LOOK LIKE NEW. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COMING BACK ON TUESDAY TO DO MY OUTSIDE CARPETS.

THEY WERE ON TIME, AND WENT THROUGH THE WHOLE HOUSE WITH A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. WOULD RECOMMEND SERVICE TO THE LOCALS IN MY AREA. I CAN'T REMEMBER THE PRICE, BECAUSE MY WIFE TAKES CARE OF THE BILLS.
