Description of Work: Moss provided a handyman for the day. He worked off a punch list of repair work around the house. I paid Moss for one day of labor plus materials. The handyman, Emil, was courteous and explained how he intended to complete each repair project. He performed as promised. I would definitely use him again!

Description of Work: 5 STARS. PROCEED WITH CONFIDENCE. |I have several rental properties and am a realtor, so I have extensive experience with appliance repair. If an experience is not painful, I count myself fortunate. Nate Owen and his team changed all that. Rock stars. The scheduling process was pleasant and professional and the service was great. He communicated the issue clearly and explained what he was going to do. He explained what I could do in the future to avoid a recurrence. My floor was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I taped his contact info on the inside of my cabinet and e-mailed all my friends.

Description of Work: Ice maker leaking. Attempted to fix on his back in the kitchen - not an easy design. When this was unsuccessful he ordered newice maker and installed it with full credit for labor charges already incurred. Punctual, neat, friendly and great customer support at the other end of the phone.

Description of Work: Our Asko dishwasher was not working properly...Nate arrived on schedule, asked about the problem and set about figuring out what was causing the problems...after a thorough check of what was going on, he diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it on the spot...HURRAH!

Description of Work: My Subzero drawer refigerator stopped cooling. Nate from Home Services visited twice -- once to diagnose the problem, and the second time to fix it. He arrived both times at the early end of the window they promised. And on the second visit, left the unit humming and cooling.

The person who came called the dealer, found out that it was still under warranty and got the work done. He is certified and he takes specialization courses. The dealer paid him for this work.

+ -1 moreCame promptly. Part under warranty; labor $550. The part had previously been replaced (by a different service company) and this repair should not have been necessary. At Nate's suggestion, I called SubZero and they talked to Nate and absorbed $200 of my cost. They know and trust Home Serivce Solutions, which has earned my loyalty. very highly recommended.

+ -1 moreSub-zero and the company confirmed Home Service Solutions is an authorized Sub-Zero service company. The local distributor also recommended them. We had a minor scheduling change for the appointment. They called in advance so we could re-schedule to the next day at my convenience. Nate showed up when promised. He worked quickly, very professionally and fixed my Sub-Zero refrigerator and my Amana freezer. He confirmed with SubZero the extent to which they would cover the warranty-related work. I was able to get Sub-Zero to cover part of the labor costs which were outside the warranty period. If these folks handle your appliances, use them. Everyone is very pleasant. Nate is honest and informative. They will be the first company I call if I need any appliances fixed in the future.
Description of Work: Home Service Solutions replaced the evaporator coil in the rear of my 1997 Sub-Zero refrigerator/ freezer. The part and some labor were covered by warranty. This repair cost $350. Without the labor credit and warranty, they would charge $550 plus the cost of the part (about $125 Nate said). This is very reasonable to fix a Sub-Zero. Nate also determined the defroster timer switch in my Amana freezer was defective. That repair cost about $150 of which $109 is their standard second appliance charge.
