About 6 months ago after my yearly inspection I was told that I might want to give thought to replacing my 11 year old hot water tank and was given an estimate. My neighbor across the hall had a leak in her unit so I decided to be proactive and get it replaced. I contacted HSD and asked ifvthe 6 month old estimate was still good. It was and I received a discount bc I am a member. Neftali came out and did the work. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions and concerns. Neftali left the area neat and clean and asked if he could do anything else for me. I have my toilet tank repaired and replaced a leaking garbage disposal. No problems whatsoever. All the workers i found as well as the dispatcher to always to be pleasant and knowledgeable. I intend to keep using them in the future.

They were great and rescued me when water was coming through the ceiling.

I had a great experience with all reps. The work was high quality and efficient. They were also able to schedule my work asap.

all employees who came on two days were courteous, professional in their actions, spelled out in detail about options before a course of action was taken. They used a camera to inspect lines and showed me the view before and after the work. Plus the work came with a 3-year warranty.

Service tech Alfie Kamel was an absolute delighted to work with. He was very professional, knowledgeable and informative as to what our options were for the kitchen sick clogged drain. Scare tactics were used to try to get me to do more than I had requested. I called a friend who is a retired plumber and he said â  you were scammedâ  . I wouldnâ  t go that far but I paid 3 times as much for unclogging a sink as I did a bigger toilet job a few months ago from another company. I wonâ  t use this company again.

The request for service was made and a technician and his trainee arrived with one hour. A reasonable quote was provided to us and the work was completed within one hour. Great experience!
