The company responded promptly and actually offered to come earlier than the scheduled time. They came when promised (one-hour window) and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The required work was explained to me and I received a quote in advance that seemed reasonable. Finally, the gentleman who performed the repair was cordial and dealt with my dog extremely well. I've tried several plumbers but Hicks is now my go-to service provider.

Explained everything very thoroughly, knowledgeable about my problem. Gave great advice. Going to upgraded my hot water heater in the process.

This was my first time needed a plumber, and these guys were great. Called at 8a, and they were here at 9:30 (for a non-emergency job). Professional service, and a nice knowledgeable guy (Tony) came out. We had a copper pipe leaking where some shoddy work had been done before. Tony quickly provided an estimate and completed the job. Overall, I would highly recommend Hicks!

Although the service was very good there was a little confusion on scheduling.

The man was on time, very courteous and completed the work in short order.. I felt the price was high for the wo5k but he did do a good job.

They came quickly, were really easy and pleasant to work with. The sewer line was snaked in under 2 hours and the work was done. Both quick and professional -- thank you, Tony!
