We have purchased many items from this location over the last 7 years and our experiences have been excellent. We have dealt with several salespeople and all have been kind, attentive and knowledgable. We have had problems with two items purchased and for one issue, received a repair kit in the mail and a follow up call from a representative within three days, and on a second issue had the delivery team return to our home, pick up the piece of furniture, exchange it and return the new piece within one week. The sales staff values their customers without being pushy or overbearing. The furniture is appropriately matched to its sales price.

Nancy was very nice and professional sales person. We went to buy a bedroom set and a dining table set. We asked for an estimate of each. That's when the two managers came over and ruined our experience. The older manager with glasses was extremely rude and I felt very offended by his attitude. He was pushy and start talking non sense and started to discredit his competitors. We've been to 5 different furniture stores including Art Haus and Tysons, Bif, Bassett, and Ethan Allen and received good customer service, but Haverty was the exception. That one manager was so rude, that we just walked out of the store.

We have purchased well over $20,000+ worth of furniture from them and still are purchasing from them. We started in Hilton Head, and have continued with the store in Fairfax They are excellent, and they honor their customer service agreement, as we purchased a Vera Wang pillow top mattress and they have replaced it without any negative experience two times, we just decided to get another mattress and they credit us for the bad mattress. They are a good company, and we will continue to work with them.

We went to the store on a Saturday morning. The store was almost empty and there were PLENTY of sales people in the showroom. My husband, 6-year old daugher, and I walked the entere store without ANYONE even saying hi or asking if we needed help. We were there for a good 20 minutes. Although we found a collection that would have worked for us, we decided to leave the store and not buy anything. Our family felt humiliated...we were dressed down but had $3,000 that we spent somewere else. They will never see us again!
