GRS promptly responded to my call. I was in the middle of a transaction with multiple ongoing communications on issues in process when my primary internet service- Microsoft 365 requested password verification and shut down my internet. Microsoft would not accept my password. GRS share screened onto my computer and Muhammed patiently worked with me and led me through a number of alternative reset password procedures. I was able to successfully reset the password, reestablish internet service and complete the pending transaction.

Nelson tried several adapters until he found the right one. Thanks to him I can now use both screens and my job is a little easier!

He also shows me when he finds a solution, and how to get there on my own for the next time I might encounter it! GRS provides me with reliable and secure tech support on a monthly contract that means that the computer that my small business & livelihood depend on is safe and protected. GRS made it easy. They set up protection, called the cable company to troubleshoot, got a VPN so we can work from home, set us up on new emails, etc. Then day to day they put up with us asking for passwords, how to get this or that to work. Their patience is boundless...and their ability matches.

From the initial sales presentation, I have been very impressed with GRS. They showed up with large-scale printouts of our current system and what their recommendations would be. Everything was explained clearly and all questions were answered. And their support is outstanding. I feel like GP is my own personal tech support person. He has helped me out on so many occasions already, just today talking me off the ledge when a very important folder went missing. And the help provided while I was on location was invaluable. Provided support and security for company computers, internal network and internet. They performed the routine functions efficiently and responded quickly to emergencies. We developed an in-house ability to perform these functions but would highly recommend GRS to any company or individual needing outside consulting services.

The computer was delivered on time, software installed, and set up. I had many questions, and wanted to be sure that all of my photos, documents, etc. had been transferred correctly. They used an external drive to store all of my information before they took the old Dell away...............then re installed it on the new Dell. There were a few problems........some programs were not working properly, difficulty with Windows 8 and the security system, and I had many questions about the new Windows 8. The guys who worked with me were so helpful............made many stops by the home to make sure all was working well. I am very impressed with this company!!!! Customer Service is very important to them. I would recommend them highly!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I have tried several local companies to no satisfaction. Luckily, we found this superior company. All of the technicians that we have worked with from this company have been top notch. This company at all times is very responsive to your needs and they have a great follow through. They show up promptly for their appointments and are real experts. The last couple of times, I have had the pleasure to work with David Martin. He is excellent. He is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and proficient. He has a "can do" attitude and performed all tasks expertly and quickly. He went the extra mile to ensure that everything was working perfectly. He anticipates problems and checks everything thoroughly out for you. He is a pleasure to work with and I feel that my husband and I are in very good hands with this company.

They gave us options to extend the wireless and keep it secure. Scheduling an appointment was very good. There were two technicians here doing the work.

My laptop rebooted overnight while installing automatic updates (Windows 8.1). In the morning, the laptop would not boot. I called GRS, after finding them on Angie's List, and they told me I could drop it off that afternoon. They make a lot of house calls, and gave me a time slot when someone would be in the office. I had a call within a day with a diagnosis, description of what needed to be done, and a price, and was asked what I wanted to do. I was informed the my operating system (OS) was corrupted, and needed to be removed and re-installed. They were prompt, extremely polite, and professional. The laptop was ready quickly and works great. I would use them again, and would recommend them to friends. I back-up my machine offsite with CrashPlan (who I would also recommend) so they did not have to recover data before they wiped the computer, and I did not have them restore the data. It was easy enough to do myself. I assume it would have been more expensive if I need this service.

I was graduating from George Mason in a week when I got the dreaded ?blue screen? on my one year old computer. I needed it fixed ASAP. I spoke with Larry and he got it working in two days by having to completely pull off all of the information on the computer, reformat it, and then put everything back on. They even managed to make it run faster and improved how Windows 8 worked. It has worked without a problem ever since.

This was my first time using their service. They completed the job in about three days. Everything went fine.
