+ -1 moreWe called and gave details of stairs we were getting carpet for and were quoted $250. We were then told someone needed to come out to measure, and they did. He then told us exactly how much rug runner to order for the job which we did at great expense. When we called to schedule installation (numerous times as nobody would call back) the price suddenly increased to $500 and they refused to honor their previous quote. Terrible customer service, and overall a terrible experience. We would never hire them.

+ -1 moreWe found Georgetown Carpets easy to work with. They let us take many samples home and did quality work when we decided upon the area rugs we wanted made. I would use them again.

+ -1 moreGood variety of choices. Helpful and knowledgeable advice. Sensitive to budget. Allowed us to shop without hovering or pressure, but checked in as we were looking. Installation was on time and finished early. Job was done neatly and cleaned up at the end.
