This company was recommended by a new neighbor so I asked Noel Folger (the owner) if he was interested in installing some Echo friendly hardwood flooring in my upstairs. He said yes and said he would call me to get the details. I had to call him a week later and he set up a time to talk on the phone to get the details. He did not call, and I sent him an email which he did not respond to. I called him about a week later and asked him again if he wanted to do this work for me and he said that although he was quite busy, he did want to do the job. He promised me that he would call me on this last Saturday to make sure I was home and to come over and look at the job site and discuss the terms. He never called or came by. I left him another voice mail which he did not respond to. If he didn't want the job or was too busy, he at least owed me the courtesy of letting me know. He treated this without regard or professionalism. This does not bode well for his work. I would not do business with him.

This was the first time I had used their services and it will not be the last. He is licensed and is a class c contractor. No one wanted to come out for such a small job but this company did and I was very surprised he only charged me $100!
