Fast Maid Service

The 2 women who came to my house worked continuously for the entire time they were here. They did an excellent job. I didn't think they would get through the whole house in 3 hours, but they got to every room, even when I suggested some things they could skip. They were professional and friendly the whole time they were here.

The ladies (Maria and Alicia) arrived promptly and got right to work; even in my relatively small apartment, there are a lot of surfaces to dust and clean (lots of books, items on wall, etc, including the blades of two ceiling fans), area rugs to vacuum, and the like. They helped me straighten out the area rug in the living room which has a tendency to "buckle" a little bit (like waves in the rug), something I can't do by myself, especially with my arthritis. Both ladies have been to my place before, so I was very happy to see them again. I'll definitely ask for them again.

They were awesome. I was brought up cleaning so my mom taught me well. But they did an excellent job, I was very pleased! I will use them regularly now!

My house is perfectly clean again. Thanks to Fastmaid guys for easy scheduling. They helped a lot to find the most appropriate time for your schedule. I paid extra $25 for refrigerator cleaning which looks as new as I bought it. The team was different this time but both were terrific. Thank you all.

I felt like it was a scam. I live in a regular colonial. I did all the sinks, counters, and beds before they got here. I had picked up everything in every room and had emptied the trash. The two house cleaners spent the entire 3 hours upstairs. At 5 o'clock they. And down and said they needed 3 more hours (6) $180.00 to complete the house but they had to leave and do it another day. That Tuesday was my only day off. I worked the next day and was expecting guests in the evening. So my kitchen, dining room, and living room, one half bath, and the basement were not done. According to my call to schedule it, they were supposed to arrive, let me know if I needed any more time, and give me an estimate of cleaning weekly. My house isn't filthy. I live here with one daughter and a dog. I have used other house cleaning services that did the entire house at 2 1/2 hours with two people. Why would anyone want to have your house half cleaned, and wait for them to come again? I just felt like it was a scam where they took so long on purpose so I had to buy more hours. They definitely are not FAST! I've never had anyone clean only my upstairs for 3 hours two people? And the cleaning was normal so nothing spectacular was done in all that time. Not sure if I will buy anything on Angie's List again if they all scam you.

Awesome! These two ladies were wonderful and did an outstanding job cleaning! They probably all of their own supplies, and my home now smells and looks wonderful!

Not bad, kitchen, bathroom, inside of oven and refrigerator all looked good. There were some marks left on the walls that I ended up getting charged for. I would have paid extra if necessary but there was nobody ever asked or told me when they were done.

The scheduled date of cleaning, they sent 2 ladies, and within 3 hours my house was spotless. They were punctual and very professional. I have 2 dogs, which creates a lot of dust and doggies hairs every where. I considered myself a clean fanatic, and it takes a lot to impress me when it comes to cleaning. However, these ladies met and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this company, and I plan to hire them for all my future cleaning needs.

One of the young ladies who came to do the work was a little rude, and the quality of the cleaning work did leave something to be desired. Also, the contact at First Maid tried to get more money out of me which I felt was unethical.

There were no additional charges. They just did general house cleaning. It was awhile back, so I can't remember anything about punctuality. Yes, I would use them again.

The ladies were extremely kind and professional. They worked very diligently, and now those rooms are sparkling clean. Even the mineral buildup in the bathtub and shower are gone! I would definitely hire again.

They were amazing again! We're a little bit picky family :) Everytime they come to our house its shining. Thank you. My budget did not allow me to start a regular service but Sam gave me two quotes (covering the whole house and some part of it) for regular service and I will be using their recurring service.

They seemed to work very hard but they didn't do a very good job. But they put a big effort into it. My place where my brother stayed and he didn't clean down there and it was a mess. They did work hard. They weren't real good. I asked them to do things. I asked them to clean my couches because it looked like there was mold or mildew or something on them. I have leather couches and asked them if they had anything that would kill it. I guess they did it but they didn't do a very good job at it. In the cracks and things you could still see the stuff. The price was great. I think three of them came. They worked hard. I seen them down there. They were scrubbing, they were doing stuff. I would have like if it were done a little better because I feel like a need to go down and clean up the couch again. The cracks, folds in the couch didn't get clean. I didn't have any complaints about them being on time. One thing that irritated me was that they didn't seem to understand English very well. It was a good deal for the money.

Performed as advertised. Excellent service. Very pleased.

The cleaning was adequate, though they showed up 1.5 hours late and did not stay the 2 full hours to clean.

We recently had a death in the family and after months of going through the house and all of it's contents and then an estate sale we were finally ready for a real cleaning! I live in another state and the Fast Maid Service was listed in Angie's, their business was close to the house and they responded immediately! I was absolutely pleased with their response time and the people that came to clean arrived promptly. I did not personally see the finished product but 2 others saw it and said it was great! I recommend the Fast Maid Service!

I am delighted with Fast Maid Service. I moved a few days ago and hired them to do a "move-out" cleaning and they did a fantastic job. They did everything I requested, plus some extra finishing touches that I noticed later. They went the extra mile but all within the agreed amount of time.Very satisfied customer!

I have some friends coming for a weekend and they should have to stay with us whole weekend I was in a trouble finding a good company who can clean my house immediately! They send the ladies next day early in the morning. They did a fantastic job! My home was never cleaner. I paid on their website easily, worth the money. I higly recommend.

Got the 6 hrs for $99 deals. Scheduling was easy, cleaners did a great job. But they called me the day after to say that they also cleaned inside the appliances by mistake, so I owed them extra money. I never requested that, and it was crazy for them to try to charge me ($20 / appliance) after the fact. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't use them again for that reason.

Having 2 very young children we needed some help BIG time! Our house never looked better. The bathrooms were SPOTLESS! The kitchen shiny! Everything looked great.
