Description of Work: Cleaned the entire house. It looks amazing in the time they said. Arrived and left like clockwork. Great deal.

Description of Work: The services entailed cleaning my 4 bedroom, 2.5 baths home. In two hours, the two very professional women did a very thorough and detailed cleaning. I will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: They cleaned my three bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouse. They did a good job.

Description of Work: I called on Monday because I had company coming and they sent a team on Wednesday. I purchased the "deal" of a team of 2 ladies cleaning for 3 hours for $149. It was excellent value. They worked virtually nonstop, and were very responsive to my special requests (I had quite a few of them, and in the past sometimes cleaning people have gotten annoyed with me). I was very polite, and the cleaning ladies were very cooperative to accommodate me. I will definitely use them again - in fact - they are coming back tomorrow!

Description of Work: Move out cleaning service- I was not present since I had to be at an appt but they called in advance to let me know they were stuck in traffic (which was no problem for me) and when I went to the unit the next day it looked brand new.

Description of Work: The cleaning was good. The price represented was not clear. ..I was out or town and they called in the middle of the service to tell me it was going to be more. We actually paid around 140. Overall they seemed to do a thorough job and our house sitter said the cleaners were really nice.

Description of Work: The total house cleaning went well. Only one problem -- quite a few small items on counters/desks/tables were not returned to their regular positions, and some wires connected to our main TV were dislodged. As you can see, though, we appreciated the cleanliness that resulted from their work.

Description of Work: I looked up a Maid Service that was rated A on Angie's list before calling Fast Maid. I was moving out and needed cleaning for my house. I called Isabelle on 07/24 and explained to her that I was moving out and needed someone to clean my house before July 31 when I need to give the keys back. Isabelle was very courteous and helpful and said she would check with her supervisor to squeeze my service before the 31st and so she did, she asked me over the phone if I am interested in the deal that was on Angie's list and I agreed. She asked me to go ahead and purchase the deal and she would link it to my appointment on 07/29. I told her I was with my Dad in the hospital, she was very nice and understanding and suggested that I could do the purchase later, anytime before the service day on 07/29 and just call her back to let her know, and so I did. I saw on the deal that the cabinets were not included or the appliances, unless an extra charge is paid. So I called back on 07/27 in the anticipation that I would be given the amount of an extra charge that is needed to cover for the extra services, end of story. I received a call from another salesperson who was very rude. His name is Omar. He called me to let me know they would not be doing the service and that I misunderstood and did not read the fine print and that the deal is not for moving out and that I did not disclose that because in his words " I was trying to get the house cleaned for cheaper". Very rude. After a whole lot of arguing from his side, I figured out he took the worst approach to say that the deal does not cover everything and that if I wanted more, I had to pay more, which would have been perfectly understandable to me. His assumptions, his arguments and his attempts to block me from talking to the manager Mustafa were not necessary. He was challenging and presumptuous and I decided to cancel the service. Isabelle on the other hand was very courteous and helpful all along. I wish she handled that phone call.I hope she would be the one handling customers' calls if they want to stay in business.
